Disciple is the only tool I have found out there capable of making customers feel at home. The community we created on disciple has embedded customers in the journey to creating the ultimate experience. Sometimes, the sales can grow because customers can contribute and help us shape their experience with our products. The interface of disciple of also friendly, and has allowed us to customize our community to portray our values. Despite the high pricing, the software works effortlessly. Disciple is built to counter all the things people hate about FB groups, forum sites and traditional social media feeds. By giving control back to the community (and away from advertisers and spammers), it makes for a better experience. The UX is simple and the support team are fantastic.
