**What do you like best about Channable?**

I love that it makes it easy to manage my product feed on different platforms. I also really like that you can create very specific, custom rules to apply to select channels.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

I think it fulfills a lot of what I need but if I had a bigger portfolio of products, I think it would be a bit more difficult to manage.

It helps me map custom fields across different channels. It gives me the level of control I need over my product feed to stay compliant and polished on each platform.

The best feed management tool to maintain and automate campaign management with an unlimited amount of feed sources

Pretty technical to setup so you need external support if you are not to technical savvy to implement it yourself.

**What problems is Channable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating different kinds of data sources to be able to automate our online advertising campaigns which takes us a lot of less manual effort to maintain our local campaigns and spare hours but also gives us better conversion on campaigns driven by smart automations.

The support team is the best I have worked with. They answer questions and address issues in a timely manner. I never feel like I am inconveniencing them with any tickets I submit.

At first, establishing rules and configuring the settings can be difficult, but the support team does a great job of working on them with you.

**What do you like best about Channable?**

Channable offers me all of the capabiltiies that I have been able to leverage in other platforms which are far more cumbersome and time intensive. With Channable, we are able to setup well optimized product feeds with dynamic rules, filters, and all that good stuff - in just a matter of hours. For smaller catalogs, maybe even less than 1 hour. 

Additionally, their team is second to none. The support is fantastic and the relationships with those that brought us on remain after onboarding (pretty rare in the SaaS world these days). 

We work with large catalog clients who need frequent and ongoing updates, as their merchandising and marketing strategy is constantly changing. We use the platform all the time and find it to be the best combination of easy and powerful. 

Can't recommend these guys enough.

Can't think of anything that I don't like about Channable. It outshines every competing tool that I have worked with, in every way.

The fact that it has everything you need to be successful on paid media channels if you have clients within the e-commerce segment. The tool can be easily implemented and quickly integrated into other platforms.
The support from the client service is also great!

**What do you like best about Channable?**

I find the interface very user friendly. Channable offers a vast variety of outbound channels with wich, we can connect XML Feeds. It also offers a lot of formats to connect the inbound feeds. The "Rules" option provides a vast variety of deifferent types of rules with which we can modify our outbound feeds as required.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

There are a couple of drawbacks. First of all, there is no option to limit the number of Items in an outbound feed based on some sort of criteria.
Secondly, we cannot compare and exclude items based on history. For example, we cannot setup a rule saying that if an Item based on some sor of ID was published 90 days before, it should be excluded from the Feed.
Thirdly, I can definitely consolidate two inbound feeds but I cannot consolidate two or more than two outbound feeds.

I can create and modify already created Xml and JSON Feeds very fast for multiple channels. 
I can combine two or more than two inbound feeds.

The best function is the Search Ads customisation tool which allows us to use data feed fields in the search campaign. We also use the data feed customization tools to edit the feed to be different from Google to Facebook to other sources.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

The service is self-service. This can be a challenge for people who do not understand data feeds, so there is a large gap of knowledge someone has to have to be able to use the tool.

We dont have to create custom scripts to dynamically put prices in the search ads copy. We also can use rules to create custom labels in Google which is very handy.

What I Like Most: Datafeed management

Channable is really easy to use and does a lot of the hard work for you. I love how it pulls together information about my products from different places and then helps me get them out there on big sites like Google Shopping, Facebook, and Amazon.

The best part? It automatically handles my ads and shows me how they're doing. This means I can make changes on the fly to make sure my advertising is as good as it can be. It's a very handy tool that's definitely helped me step up my online selling game.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

What i dislike: order integrations

Channable is quite expensive for what it does. The tool itself is handy and does a lot, but I feel like the cost could be a bit more affordable, especially for small businesses just starting out with e-commerce. It's an investment for sure, and while it does bring some good returns in terms of efficiency and visibility, the initial price point can be a barrier for some.

Also, the setup process can be a bit tricky if you're not very tech-savvy. I had to go through a bit of a learning curve to really get the hang of it. A more user-friendly interface or better guidance for beginners could improve this

. It collects all my product information into one place, and then pushes it out to all the different platforms I use. Instead of having to update each one manually

**What do you like best about Channable?**

It helps us automate many processes that could cost us a lot of time without channable. Also it gives us the oppertunity to enhance our clients feeds without any additional dev work or hassel.

Channable is great to combine multiple imports and send the data to a variaty of channels.

With help of the ppc tool it is possible for us to create powerfull data driven campaigns for our clients to maximize results and profit.

Another benefit is the support department they are always very helpfull and offer great support

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

When you call support they always respond quick but when you send an email to support they respond a bit slower. Next to that their aren't that many dislinkings

Feed management, PPC autmations, multichannel api's. API's connections, product segmentation.
We also use it to combine data with products to maximize profit for our clients

**What do you like best about Channable?**

People, Technology: The people are amazing, support is timely and helpful. Tech: Logical UI, comprehensive platform connectors, efficient, repeatable, error-free, I used it for Google Shopping and Facebook Shopping. It makes it easy to modify attributes for the platforms without having to touch the underlying ecommerce site. Different rules, different sites no problem. I used it to audit data in my web store, and used the export functionality to mass-update products. I used it to migrate all my products when we moved to shopify. It saved literally hundreds of hours of effort. I am used to writing SQL queries so I found the procedural setup for creating rules to the product feeds easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

I honestly have no complaints. I cannot reiterate how important the Channable staff is. In a sea of choices of products that [mostly do the same thing] the absolute differentiator is make sure you do business with the right partners. Your search ends here, because there is no way you will find a better partner than Channable.

**What problems is Channable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved us from hundreds of hours of manual effort, and extended the productivity of our small team. Hiring 2 to 3 more people to help manage the webstore is prohibitive. It automates our product feeds, and allows us to abide by platform rules easily. The search ad builder creates ALL permutations you need automatically. The most amazing use is not one that Channable even knew it could do: When we migrated stores (to Shopify), I connected Channable to our old web store. In Channable I created an export in exactly the format of a Shopify product upload in CSV format. Over a period of 3 weeks I was able to load 35K products -- including images! -- using Channable. I did that on my own in 3 weeks. Literally impossible for one person in so short a time. Thank you, Channable!

**What do you like best about Channable?**

All different possibilities to use source data to create new information for many different marketing channels. It does not require the source to be altered, so I can work without disturbing the person responsible for the source information.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

Not all connections are available. Especially when you would like to expand to marketplaces like Cdon. When setting up a feed, all rules are listed in one big list. When a lot of rules are applied in one feed, it can be hard to find a certain rule affecting the feed.

Channable offers the posibility to restructure and combine information from the source file to provide complete and obligatory information to different marketing channels, without the need to change the source.

**What do you like best about Channable?**

Channable offers a feed management tool that does everything you need. Lots of possibilities to combine and merge data with a product feed from your webshop. The IFTT rules work fantastic, Channable offers the tools you need to get really creative. I like to use them to build complicated calculations, so it's almost like you create your own algorithm.

Also the support is amazing. When one of my clients had a very complicated situation and I started losing hope that it would ever work, Channable has a fix for it. They are not hesitant to enable some bèta or hidden admin features, just to make it work for you.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

There are not many things I dislike about Channable, but in some cases i miss the possibility to just view my data. Some reporting options would be awesome. However, i have some wishes for new features, but these are very specific so i understand that it doesnt have priority or they would make the tool too complicated.

Channable can connect to almost all popular channels , and if it doesnt have a connection you can always build a normal .xml or .csv feed. It is compatible with like... almost everything.

Easy to use platform where you're able to publish your products or feeds into paid channels and marketplaces. Rule builder is really detailed and also the option to create Search/ Shopping campaigns saves lots of time.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

Sometimes the Support team doesn't know detailed information about the API integration and requirements that you need in order to set them up. Then you need to contact the channel or marketplace. Would be great if they'd help you with the research as well.

Adjust the product feed per channel or marketplace. You have the ability to work with different selections or additional feeds to enrich the data that you already have.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, and is very powerful in what it can do. It make optimizations and testing into very simple tasks. They have rules you can set up to enrich your feed or alter values, which is great. Also, their support is top notch - they respond quickly and with very helpful information.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. The self-serve platform is great, they integrate with all the top feeds, and do exactly what I'd want from a feed provider.

What I like most about Channable is the user friendly interface. It reads well, is clear and not too chaotic or busy. The layout, font and colour scheme helps me find the information I need.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

I've been receiving daily emails about a feed error but my feed still seems to be working fine. Contact with customer support defined the issue more clearly but couldn't quite clarify why the feed still works regardless. I'm not really experiencing an issue, neither have I heard from colleagues working from the same accounts.

Multi link generating and easy oversight of data ready to be published. It helps us easily create a multi media experience for our customers by presenting our info to us in a way we can process more easily than when we would have to create the overview ourselves.

The way it is set up. The imports, rules and feeds/APIs work in a very understandable and easily scalable way. All the other add-ons really enhance these features. Customer support is also very friendly and easy to reach out to.

The only thing I can think of is that it could use more documentation and more channels but that's probably the case for every tool of this kind.

Gianfranco's hair (I'm kidding obviously) - Not that I dislike, but they are a fairly new company in comparison with other feed optimizers, I wish them the best on keep growing their services, products, team and features.

Simple layout but extremely customizable. Great visualization on data.

Filter to see final products status in feed before exporting.

There are lots of layers that could need to be met to get all data to flow correctly with masterrules and feed level rules.

It's ability to feed products from our webstore to google shopping and meta stores. Customer service is also excellent.

It's quite difficult to use without extensive help from channable's staff.

It's helping us integrate our e-commerce store (ochre platform) with meta and google shops. Ochre doesn't have a direct integration with either of these, so Channable has helped us seamlessly feed our products.

Channable as an integrator is very helpful. Channable ensures that integration with other platforms can be done easily. This saves time and effort. Additionally, the help desk is very friendly, quick, and the staff know what they are talking about.

It's just so easy to setup a feed, make adjustments to the feed make a connection between your shop and a marketplace or comparison site. Also the customer service is very helpful to me.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

If you're having multiple webshops, it's a pricy solution to use.

Channable is the connection between our Magento shop and our retail channels (marketplaces, comparison sites, etc.)

**What do you like best about Channable?**

Feedmanagement, Channable is amazing at managing different product feeds. All the standard API functions are there. If you have a rich product feed you will love Channable.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

The combination with Lightspeed is not optimal. Lightspeed is kind of basic, and I know there are integrators our there who create functions in there product to still be able to use Lightspeed. For example a currency convertersion inside Channable, simply not possible.

**What problems is Channable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedmanagement. Being able to sell products on different marketplaces and channels with one product feed. We import 1 feed and export many different versions of this feed to different marketplaces.

I haven't run into any downsides with Channable yet. I've been working with them for a few years now and haven't had any issues.

Easy set-up with basic and advanced rules. Clear interface for making rules and text-ads for Google. All big marketing channels are connected and have feed-templates.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

Customer support is sometimes lacking. Long waits for tickets to be anwsered and some support agents seem to know less about the tooling than the users.

Feedmanagement to different marketing platforms and generating google text ads from a product feed. Channable helps me save time and gives me the freedom to edit the base-feed without the help of development.

It helps me in creating feeds for each individual channel my clients work with. From Google Ads to comparison platforms, it is all there and the possibilities are alsmost endless.

None? Or atleast nothing I can think of.

It helps creating the specific feeds each platform needs and gives us the control of which items we want to push and which ones we don't. Stock control etc. is so easy to manage and there are plenty of integrations with platforms.

It's easy to create product feeds of all sorts on Channable. Good integrations and easy workflow. Also great way to send orders back to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

Lot of error messages from other projects an non customizable notifications for that matter. Also the integration of new partners (Conrad) can be sped up.

Feed creation and sending price and stock data to marketplaces. The other way around Channable sends orders to my local platform.

Effective and flexible channel management - the rule-based system allows for precise tweaking of products in the feed. This allows changes to easily be made on a product-specific basis.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

The platform can be slow, especially when using a large number of channels or products. This can make naviagtion sluggish and somewhat frustrating. There could also be more flexibility with rules - improved logical operations (such as different combinations or nested "and/or"s would improve useability.

Channable excels at the management of a wide spectrum of marketplaces with a range of requirements. The rules-based feed management allows us to react rapidly and easily to requests from marketplaces.

Flexibility, to make fast changes to feeds without being dependent on the developers to make the changes for you
Easy to use, very user-friendly for basic and advanced ruling
Multiple connection possibilities for importing and exporting data.

Sometimes it can be a bit daunting if you first start out with the tooling because it seems like a lot. But if you build up the experience with using the tool then everything becomes intuitive.

Mainly the flexibility to make changes to different feeds/api connections where otherwise we needed to wait a long time for our web developers to make changes whereas now we are much more flexible.

We use Channable to adapt our product feeds for different ad platforms. We can easily optimize our offerings depending on results: exclude product categories. It allows us to make decisions per ad platform. We currently advertise on Google Ads, Criteo and Facebook Shopping. We also use Channable to automatically create hundreds of Google Search tekst ads.

**What do you dislike about Channable?**

The tool has a great UI but setting up the tool requires a certain learning curve. We asked an agency to set it up for us.

**What problems is Channable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we had to ask our IT department to tweak our product feed when we wanted changes. Now, we simply have one full product feed and we tweak our feed in Channable for every advertising platform. It gives us more flexibility and better ROI on our ad spend.

I love how data is separated from feeds. Rather than having your app generate your feeds from its data, you can send your data once to Channable and then build your feeds from there. And it's so fast to generate them!

Nothing, it's great - easy to get set up, and fast.

I have a Magento site that constantly needs different feeds generated. There are Magento plugins to generate feeds, but they're so slow, and each feed just adds more load to the server. Channable offloads all of that by exporting product data once, and then generating all my different feeds in Channable rather than in Magento.

Channable was a bit of a learning curve however, support was amazing for the entire experience. Ohudy helped us get the majority of our inventory up on Amazon and has helped us out tremendously. By having the UPC's, getting everything up on Amazon was fairly easy. Speedy responses and great customer service.

A bit challenging at the start, with a definite learning curve.
