The integration was simple as my Ecommerce provider was already using Celebros for other websites. **What do you dislike about Celebros?** I haven't found any downsides, so there is nothing I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Celebros:** Get it, you won't regret it. **What problems is Celebros solving and how is that benefiting you?** As heavins.ie has such a vast range of products and the customers call the same products different name, Celebros Search shows us this and we can monitor and adjust our wording as needed. We improved the user interaction with the search because it updates the results while typing. Additionally, the tool offers great possibilities for a customized search. The customer support is great and incredibly fast. You receive quick help via phone and email. The staff understands the problem immediately without endless follow-up questions and time-consuming loops. By using Celebros, we were able to significantly increase our conversion rate. **What do you dislike about Celebros?** Only the user interface is not quite as intuitive as with other systems. Otherwise, it is a very good tool. **What problems is Celebros solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through the use of standard software, the loading times are very long. Celebros manages to process search queries in a few seconds and display the appropriate results. Many practical features, a super easy operation, and a fast loading time at a very good price. The merchandising engine is the perfect solution for building high-performance landing pages. Additionally, the machine learning for product recommendations works very well. The service is highly recommended. Questions are always answered quickly, and someone is always reachable by phone. **What do you dislike about Celebros?** The only negative is the old interface, which has now been replaced by a more intuitive solution. **What problems is Celebros solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Product Recommendations, we were able to significantly optimize our conversion rate through personalized and specific product recommendations. Live chats that allow you to speak to them in situations that desperately need it. It also consists of a simple concept that allows you to adapt quickly and keenly in benefit of your own company. **What do you dislike about Celebros?** Although it has a noticeable sense of support, it is too expensive to maintain. The commission rates and the ongoing membership fees are way too high which caused our managers to dismiss Celebros for a couple of months. However you can apply to use discount codes up to 25%, which is extremely helpful in the long run! **Recommendations to others considering Celebros:** Get in contact with Celebros on the basis of negotiating the annual fees. They are open to such negotiations and will consider helping your business if it isn't quite there yet, in terms of finance.
