Once you schedule a candidate they can reschedule themselves without me knowing about it. It has been extremely easy to use this site and get actual results. I do love how many options it gives you to either advance a new applicant or deactivate an applicant. I haven't had any negative situations regarding the actual career plug website. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** I have not have any issues with career plug that truly made the experience bad. the only minor complaint is a questions we have " are you licensed" a lot of the times people applying think this is in regards to a drivers license not the ny persoanl lines insurance license. It literally only took a few minutes to build out our job postings and get them activated. There was almost nothing to implement on the user side, which was a huge pluc. When I had a minor issue, it was resolved in minutes. Candidate quality has been vastly superior to what we were doing before. They are so quick to jump in and help. They will get you scheduled for a video call and step by step walk you through all things to maximize your job postings and how to get the most out of CareerPlugs tools & features. Our needs are broad and unique so finding CareerPlug has been a game changer! **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** It is really hard to find a dislike. If I had to nit-pick to find something, I would like the notifications/message when recieving a text response in the system forwarded to my cell as a text. But again that is digging to find something as I get notified by email and am in the system constantly. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me find candidates for various positions, building a pipeline, tracking their onboarding process and managing all the communication in between. ### 9. CareerPlug took that fear away and made me confident in without taking up huge parts of my day managing different platforms and juggling candidates from all over. It is very streamlined and intuitive. There was a few things that I couldn't/didn't figure out right away but their initial demo, onboarding and customer support was very helpful with answering my questions. I'm to the point now where I am on the platform multiple times a day managing all of the new applicants I am getting. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** Some of the configuration can be buried in places that take a few clicks to get to. It's not bad and once you know where things are, it's fine. Just that initial hunt of trying to find something that throws you. But they are very helpful if you ask questions! **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, just the ability to post to many different services at once is very time saving. Keeping everything as sort of a hiring CRM is another great one. I've been using the assessments and email templates to great effect. I haven't hired anyone (yet) but I'll be using it for onboarding soon. ### 15. The quantity and quality of applicants I've received since beginning with Career Plug has only improved. My favorite aspect is how kind and knowledgeable the support staff is. I want to thank you for all your support and feedback with recruitment! **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** The only downside to using CareerPlug is the order of interviewing/onboarding it expects each recruitment process to follow. In home care, recruiting for caregivers can be very unpredicable - most of the time, my applicants aren't filling out the employment application form when they apply. This says less about Career Plug itself and more about my industry! Career Plug has always worked with my recruitment process and tried their best to improve the amount of good candidates I'm receiving. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, we're in the process of digitizing our onboarding process. Through Career Plug Labs, I've been able to upload my entire onboarding packet and have been working on inserting text boxes on each page. This is much easier than paying for a separate service to do onboarding through. Additionally, I've been able to speak with customer support about troubleshooting the onboarding process and have always received the best help! ### 17. Additionally, we have had a variety of good candidates from job posting platforms we have not used before. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** No visual dashboard for seeing charts of what platforms candidates apply from. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we had with recruitment was our ad budget was way too high with competitors. For Indeed in order to 'meet the needs of the market' our account manager had us increase our budget from $500 to $1700 just within the year so we could get applications. However, for the price point with Career Plug we were getting just as many applications! In the two week free trial our cost per applicant was less than $1.50. ### 18. After years of working only with Indeed, CareerPlug has been a breath of fresh air. We currently own and operate 21 locations and the thought of managing that strictly through Indeed would be a logistical and financial nightmare. CareerPlug has given us the ability to quickly find applicants and when necessary, still have the opportunity to provide a boosted post through Indeed. In some of our locations our cost has gone from $1000/month for ad postings to the Premium cost and no need to spend additional cash to find the best people. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** All in all, CareerPlug is fantastic. If I had to nitpick, I'd love for the "interview scheduled" email to include the location scheduled for. Since we have multiple locations it also helps communication internally and creates an efficient system that opens time up elsewhere. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** I honestly don't have any and I've been using Career Plug sine 2016. **What problems is CareerPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple users that wouldn't know where an apllicant was in the system. Career Plug allows all of us to see exactly what stage the applicant is in, all communication, and which team member needs to take over and do their part in the process. Since we have multiple locations, applicants who we've rejected from the process will apply to another location, wasting the time of our leadership team in reviewing and potentially interviewing again. With the "Duplicate Applicant" feature, we no longer spend time on cadidates we know aren't a good fit for the company. Any time something can save us time, it opens up time to spend in the growth of our business. I find that in many ways, from the above mentioned, to the templates built out for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, it saves our team a lot of time in the HR part of the job. ### 22. The customer support I received at critical junctures had the process much smoother. With the patient help of customer support I quickly learned how easy the platform is to use sucessfully. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** Having lots of qulaified people to choose from for any given role is both a blessing and curse. Prior to Covid, I had few issues doing this; however, I haven't needed to deal with recruiting office staff for several years, and found that factors have changed significantly the past several years. Also, make sure you have a process in mind before setting up that meeting. It makes it very easy to post a job and manage it. It does all the work for you so you don't have to manage a variety of job sites. You are able to easily use templates for ease of email communication. You can edit and make emails personal if you chose, or you can keep them the way they are. When you start commincating with candidate, it keeps them all organized under the said candidate so you can keep up with the communication. This is extremely handy when you are dealing with hundreds of candidates. Communication comes through your email, yet is housed under the candidate in Career Plug. The site is easy to work with, yet it has many layers that I still have yet to use. Help is just an email away. They are SUPER responsive. Typically I get a response within the hour, if not minutes, from when I send a request for help. There are many learning tools/videos that you can click on to learn how to do things as well. Like I said before, there are so many layers that I haven't even explored yet. They will even do a "hey I don't even know what I don't know" meeting with you so that you can learn things. Super easy to set up a video conference with the staff. I have had made "requests for change" inquiries as well to better serve me. They are always open to learning and making my experience the best that it can be. If they are able to make the changes, they do. If they can't , they explain why. I use this program all day, every day and am not sure how I could manage my business without it. When you work with this company, you are working with people, not an AI generated facility. They genuinly care about your success and are there to assist you in whatever way they can. **What do you dislike about CareerPlug?** To be honest, I haven't experienced a downside. When I think I have a downside, I have a conversation with one of the staff and they show me how to manage what I thought I was lacking. There are A LOT of tools that I am not using that I am certain would make my life easier, I just haven't had the time to learn them. It does take time to set up your templates, but that is not a Career Plug issue, that is me issue.
