Bybrand does what it promises to do (email signatures, either manual copy paste or org-based deployment) at a very reasonable price.

I don't need bells and whistles, linktree pages, QR codes, etc. I just need to brand our emails for all our org users uniformly. And that's exactly what we got! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm pretty happy with all of Bybrand's features. If I had to REALLY nitpick, it would have to be the way we customise multi column signatures. It's less sleek and intuitive than my previous service. The most confusing aspect I've found of Bybrand is the way in which to deploy the signature to everyone's emails. The terms "bulk update" and "sync data" are not specific enough to know which function does what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Bybrand for its intuitive nature and ease of use. It offers a pretty easy and quick solution for creating and managing email signatures, which is often a headache for many. The single admin console makes it advantageous by allowing me to quickly create, duplicate, and format email signatures, as well as assign and update them easily. There's a small issue with the software where, after our trial ended and the billing didn't process correctly, we lost the photos within our email signatures. To this day, I haven't been able to get the photos properly replaced in my email signature on my mobile when sending emails. It shows as some kind of Bybrand banner or looks like it's not going to populate with the actual image, although it does once the email is sent. It's something with the interaction in the software. What I like most about Bybrand is the ease of implementing and customizing signatures in a centralized way. The interface is intuitive, and you can easily integrate different elements into the signatures, such as links to social media or promotional banners. Lots of different examples/mock ups for all sorts of signatures - the cool thing is you don't have to start from scratch. You can modify these mock ups directly if you like it, and very easy to swap your info/logos in. There are tons of tutorial videos which was helpful in times of need. Once I played with the mechanics of it and figured out how to create, it is very easy to use. Implementing into our side was a breeze. There is a slight learning curve with understanding how to fully create a signature from scratch, but once you get it down after a couple tries you will be fine.
