It's how your recipient perceives you! ByBrand makes it easy to make a great first impression. Their templates make is super easy to implement. Yes, we had a few questions during setup, but customer support was able to assist. We integrated with Google, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk. Super easy! Every day our team sends correspondence that now includes a totally pro signature created in ByBrand. **What do you dislike about Bybrand?** There is nothing to dislike, rock solid product. **What problems is Bybrand solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manually creating and deploying signatures for many team members is a tedious at best task. You can modify these mock ups directly if you like it, and very easy to swap your info/logos in. There are tons of tutorial videos which was helpful in times of need. Once I played with the mechanics of it and figured out how to create, it is very easy to use. Implementing into our side was a breeze. I emailed their support team and the actual CEO/founder emailed me back. Good service! **What do you dislike about Bybrand?** There is a slight learning curve with understanding how to fully create a signature from scratch, but once you get it down after a couple tries you will be fine. I would also say in my opinion that the home screen is a little busy and was confusing to navigate as a beginner. **What problems is Bybrand solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our small company has been in need of a uniform, simple and attractive email signature for a long time. So for example, my newsletter signature has a link to sign up for my loyalty club, but my loyalty club emails don't need that link so I have a different signature for those emails. ### 7. Integration with Google is smooth and easy, was a cinch to update signatures as employees left and new ones started. **What do you dislike about Bybrand?** Couldn't get Bybrand to integrate with Microsoft 365 so a lot of Bybrand's value was lost to us at that point. I like the integration with apps like Google Workspace. The way to share the link of a signature is very helpful too. **What do you dislike about Bybrand?** Sometimes we have had issues with the position of the images. Mainly when we put small images next to each other. For example, with the social media icons at the end of the signature. **What problems is Bybrand solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using the application for a long time and we have never reported any problems to the support team.
