What I like most about Bybrand is the ease of implementing and customizing signatures in a centralized way. The interface is intuitive, and you can easily integrate different elements into the signatures, such as links to social media or promotional banners. One area I believe could improve is the number of pre-designed templates they offer. Although it’s easy to customize, having more design options could speed up the process even further. Lots of different examples/mock ups for all sorts of signatures - the cool thing is you don't have to start from scratch. You can modify these mock ups directly if you like it, and very easy to swap your info/logos in. There are tons of tutorial videos which was helpful in times of need. Once I played with the mechanics of it and figured out how to create, it is very easy to use. Implementing into our side was a breeze. There is a slight learning curve with understanding how to fully create a signature from scratch, but once you get it down after a couple tries you will be fine.
