BoardSpace provides us with a secured and cloud infrastructure to manage the documents that contains sensitive and important information regarding the company's objectives and tasks. **What do you dislike about BoardSpace?** BoardSpace's user interface can be cumbersome at times due to which the document management can vary from being highly confidential to being available to other members as well. **What problems is BoardSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoardSpace solves the problem of efficient board management with its intuitive user interface and wide scope of features that are specially designed as per its users. While managing the documents that we would like to keep only within our top level management, BoardSpace comes into great use as it provides us with that "locker" that we require to keep our informative documents. Overall, BoardSpace is a great platform and we highly suggest it to any organization looking to have a space to store their documents at. ### 2. It is like a single board for the storage of all items related to the board in one space, and it also acts as a reminder for the board as well. Our goal of managing the records of board meetings is easily met through BoardSpace. It's customer support has been excellent all throughout our use of it in every aspect. **What do you dislike about BoardSpace?** The flexibility offered in BoardSpace is somewhat questionable as the ability to customize agendas in order to insert facilitator name and agenda duration and timings can be improved with better integration with platforms like Google Calender, etc. An in addition if there was a feature that would allow the board members to insert their personalized motions would be a real game scorer for BoardSpace. **What problems is BoardSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoardSpace is the perfectly built platform for meeting our needs of community association volunteer boards. It has simplified our meeting preparation within the board by standardizing the conduct of meeting, and more. We have experienced great growth in the coordination between our board members thanks to BoardSpace which has let us generate really good drafts, and a lot more. Our team of board members has been really impressed with this platform and opt to use it further in our journey as well. ### 3. Also Customer support is always available to support with any issue **What do you dislike about BoardSpace?** Few Navigations are tricky.Apart from that I dont find any other issue with Boardspace **What problems is BoardSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** To Organise the documents used/uploaded during a meeting by ping or tagging them Followup on tasks regularly which reduces manual effort We can take polls on the important decisions during meeting ### 4.
