With so many features, it can be challenging to locate what you need, and not everything feels intuitive. Always available and accomodating to meet our needs. Ease of use. I use Bizinta on a daily basis. Looking forward to being able to integrate with QB Online currently we use QB Enterprise which is a little more intriquite in being able to integrate. **What do you dislike about Bizinta?** When I first started, I wished there was a basic manual to be able to refer to. I understand how quickly updates and upgrades are done so it would be near impossible to keep a manual on hand. **What problems is Bizinta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Soon we will be able to integrate to QuickBooks Online and I'm looking for some time saving since Bizinta and QBO will be able to sync for us. ### 3. We use time tracking, scheduling, invoicing and reporting. It is a very flexible system! Everything ties and that is a goal for accountants! I use Bizinta almost ervyday and it is easy to pick up. They truly tailor their software to your needs and their service. **What do you dislike about Bizinta?** Like every software it is not polished yet but with this comes the customization options and they use your input in upgrades. **What problems is Bizinta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Bizinta all of our invoicing was manual and we grew to the point it took multiple days to process. Bizinta gave us automation and connects the timetracking to the invoicing. Not only does it take a fraction of the time but there are less errors and it's easier to review. ### 6. Sometimes we need to do development to get a feature we want. That said, that process has been fairly painless. **What problems is Bizinta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizinta gave us a cleaner way to track time and meld that with our billing processes. ### 7.
