**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I have better clarity over my roster with Bizimply and it has helped me to plan our staffing needs and holidays and also gives me peace of mind knowing my staff all know when and where they need to work.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

I found it hard to learn at first despite the training and webinars.  I am not a HR person in my job officially and working out time off for staff was hard for me to understand initially.  I am using bizimply for two years now and feel I am only starting to really get it in depth.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my staff holidays are recorded as soon as the staff request them and this was a major headache for me.  It also tracks the number of days allowed and again this was an issue before.  I am much more relaxed abot staff time off as bizimply tracks everything for me.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I like how user-friendly Bizimply is. I want to give a special thank you to Joanna Maciejewska from the Bizimply onboarding team. She has been amazing this whole time while we all learned how to use the system. I genuinely thought that we would be shown maybe twice how to use Bizimply and then left on our own, but that has not been the case. Joanna has practically held our hand, answered many emails about all the questions we have had, she has been amazing. I think that information is so important to any potential companies thinking of using Bizimply; they need to know that they will be helped every step of the way so that their company is getting the most out of Bizimply.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

When putting a new staff member onto Bizimply, certain required information is marked with an asterisk and you have to provide that information, or you can't set up the new employee. One thing that's marked with an asterisk is a photo of the employee, which we wouldn't have until they start. I think you need to remove the requirement to provide a picture when setting up the employee, and you can just add the picture later when the employee has started with the company.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bizimply for payroll, managing staff clock-in times, breaks, and monitoring sick time. It solves scheduling confusion, highlights needed shift adjustments, and provides accurate clock-in data, reducing dishonesty from the old paper system.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

We enjoy using Bizimply for its flexibility in how we can use the system, allowing me to change things around to make it workable for my work environment. The platform's integration features are super helpful, as we can send messages or emails directly to employees and share their schedules, which helps keep everything organised. We appreciate how easy it is to identify time stations, including clock in and clock out details, all within the same platform. It allows for overall communication to everyone in the company, especially useful for company events and changes. I also love that Bizimply is extremely great at making changes and constantly growing and updating, which is so important nowadays. The onboarding experience was extremely great too, with a very flexible and supportive team that made sure we were happy.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

I think it would be great if payroll could be slightly more automated. For example, when you update a pay rate, it should clearly indicate on your payroll reporting when that pay increase starts, so you don't have to manually communicate that to your payroll team.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bizimply helps us stay organised and improve communication by allowing direct messaging to employees, sharing schedules, and managing time logs.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I like how Bizimply makes my life much easier by having everything concentrated in one system, which is great. It saves me loads of hours each day, especially when creating rosters, which used to take ages. Now, I also have a clear idea of the exact hours everyone is working. I appreciate that it prevents me from having to go back and forth between different apps, and it saves me time, especially when processing payroll. Additionally, the setup was quite easy with help from the onboarding team, and their customer service is really quick to answer questions, either through online chats or helpful webinars.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

Maybe I would like that some of the features for the price I pay are included as well on the basic option that I have. Especially having a small business would be really good. Like, for example, the holidays tracker. That would be really helpful for me to have it even though my payroll advisers do it, but it would also give me peace of mind if I could use that without extra charge.

Bizimply makes my life much easier by centralizing everything in one system, saving me loads of hours on rosters, providing a clear idea of hours worked, and eliminating the headache of switching between apps. It saves time on payroll processing too.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I like the feature in Bizimply that allows me to see the entire schedule including certain ranks like chefs, kitchen porter, and manager titles. It also shows when staff clock in and out, including for breaks, and flags if a manager has changed timesheet cards when they shouldn’t have. I appreciate that I can send a schedule to an individual or a full group, and it’s fully PDF printable to hang up, which is fantastic. The sales forecast feature is great too; it helps to know when it’s quiet to send staff home or, if it's busy, to keep them on. I also found the initial setup so easy, we just had a Teams call where we could ask questions as needed.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

Improvement could be simplified a bit more to find all staff details easier approvals.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bizimply for work scheduling. It solves problems with overtime, corrects hours, ensures correct pay, manages breaks, staff holidays, and sickness. I like seeing the entire schedule, clock-in/out times, and changes in timesheets. It's great for sales forecasting and sending individual or group schedules.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I find the clock in and clock out system fantastic, as it has really improved our staff's time keeping. I appreciate that I can create a rota far in advance, which helps manage holidays and the number of people off at any one time. Bizimply for me is a complete package, especially since it tracks the clock in using a photo, which makes it easy to link the rota and clock in system for payroll. The initial setup was very straightforward, with helpful live chat support whenever needed. Moving from using a Word Doc for rotas to Bizimply, now managing over 50 people is easy. I highly recommend Bizimply, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

Calendar integration for Google or Outlook would be a great help as the staff use these to plan their own personal events.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bizimply for creating rotas and tracking staff holidays. It keeps staff updated with changes and improves timekeeping. The integrated clock in system helps with payroll accuracy and managing leave balance, making scheduling for over 50 people easy.

I find it very simple to use and control, with easy-to-manage graphics and information. It's perfect for both managers and staff. **What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I really like the chat feature because it helps maintain a good work-life balance by allowing team members to contact me only through the MyZimply app, avoiding the use of my personal details. It makes creating rotas so easy, especially with the ability to copy and paste templates and use drag and drop, making it a breeze. I also like the small weather feature. The new facial recognition feature is impressive, as it ensures we, as managers, can refer back to the original picture. Setting up Bizimply was extremely easy, as its layout makes entering personal details straightforward, which was a big help when enrolling a large team.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

Sometimes the app glitches or lags on my phone. For example, I don’t get notifications. I think just if the interface was a bit smoother and less glitchy. The website works perfect however.

I use Bizimply for work tasks like communication, rotas, and HR. The chat feature improves work-life balance by keeping work contacts separate, and scheduling is easy with copy-paste and drag-drop tools.

It's so very easy to use, from rostering to onboarding staff to sick pay it's very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

It would be great if the team could share a Bizimply log or chat, I mean all members of the team, they could put in their experience or any hand over notes and everyone could see it, I mean even the KPs not just the senior staff.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bizimply makes rostering very easy to do, as all the staff have the app on their phone and everyone has a phone at all times it's easy to make a last minute change in an emergency so staff communication is great. Onboarding staff is very easy.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I found Bizimply really helpful for staff rosters, time management, and holiday management because it was clear and concise. The clocking in and out feature was very useful since it could be done from a phone, and if staff had issues with rosters, the information was emailed to their phone and available in the app, allowing them to communicate with me to resolve it. Time management was easy through its hour counting for ensuring staff meet contracted hours, including both shifts and holiday hours available to use. The initial setup of Bizimply was very easy.

I think it would be great if there was a section for available shifts that staff could accept or deny.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bizimply solves communication issues in rosters and holiday bookings, and ensures staff meet contracted hours with easy hour counting. The phone app aids in clocking, resolving roster issues, and streamlining communication with managers.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I love how Bizimply allows me to easily view my schedule and those of my coworkers. The platform is very intuitive, and I find it easy to switch from the manager portal to the employee portal. I also like that it's easy to take time off, as it reduces the stress of having to approach my manager. Additionally, I appreciate that Bizimply allows me to perform manager functions and employee functions without limiting one or the other.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

I sometimes have difficulty accessing it on certain Wi-Fi networks, and I don't always get an email when my schedule is changed. Also, a couple of my colleagues had issues with the password setup.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bizimply to easily view my schedule and manage both manager and employee functions without limits. It's very intuitive, letting me switch portals effortlessly and take time off without stress.

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I like the ability to send a new starter their own link to onboard themselves. I like the colour coded scheduling. I like the holiday dashboard. I like that it has an employee app. I like the 'view own timecards' feature. Our onboarding account manager has been exceptional - Joanna Maciejewska

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

It has not been possible to integrate into several other of our tech stack e.g. Stream, Grateful, Leapsome. Attensi integration has been difficult also. Reporting isn't that good. Some functionality very clunky - salary reporting in weeks is strange. File storage for employees is very poor.

**What problems is Bizimply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one platform to digitise all our employee information; and scheduling and comms is the most useful aspects

**What do you like best about Bizimply?**

I like how Bizimply is very nicely laid out on the desktop, making it easy for staff to see when they’re on shift. It's also simple to switch between staff and manager views, which I find convenient. I appreciate how easy it is to use overall. Additionally, I enjoy being able to change between facilities quickly, as it allows me to see who’s where and make swaps if needed.

I like Bizimply for its simplicity and the web-based fast interface. It's very quick to navigate between the tabs like timecards and employees, which works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Bizimply?**

I think reports for timecards should be predefined as 'last month' rather than having to use custom dates each time. Also, staff costing doesn't account for individual staff employer NICs, so we have to use a bulk percentage. It's not really a problem, but Excel can count each person's true cost, so I'm not sure why Bizimply can't.
