It's always easier if users are willing to learn rather someone telling them that it's important. With their simulated dialogs we can very well focus on behavior changes and rebuild real life scenarios. This makes the content feel relevant and real. Less passive learning --> more interactive learning. Using Attensi Skills the training modules are fast, short, fun, engaging, easy to use and understand. Using Attensi Portal helps us to deploy the training modules to the right users according to their position & roles. Customer Service department and helpdesk reacts very quick to support in any issues or questions. Attensi Creator helps us to create training modules by ourself without having coding skills. Very intuitive tool. **What do you dislike about Attensi?** There is nothing that I dislike at this moment. I only see advantages and benefits in using it. **What problems is Attensi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We engage users to learn and even more important when it comes to real learning, users are repeating content not because we ask them for. Existing systems, regular updates, or exemplary interactions of everyday work can be easily represented. It is easy to play through a module, and you can do it from your phone - which means everywhere. We also see that new employees arrive well prepared for their first day of work, which makes onboarding smoother and more time-efficient. Attensi also often come up with product news, and listen to any input we may have. **What do you dislike about Attensi?** That we cannot publish the games we make ourselves. It can be slightly limiting for very complex process but understandably, the aim is short, bitesize modules. **What problems is Attensi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is contributing to a reduction in time to competency for new starters and faster retraining for existing staff. ### 17. They were extremely aware of organizational change management and brainstormed with us about how to get buy-in, and shared with us things other companies had done. As we were into the project, Sophia and Ollie came back to us and said, "Hey, what if we also did some challenge modules? We could do ____ and ____ create even more interest." Our solution turned out that much better because of the great ideas they were able to share and implement. Our partnership with Attensi was fabulous. **What do you dislike about Attensi?** For once in my career, it's a little difficult to come up with anything I disliked about working with this vendor. Perhaps the most challenging thing was that, because we are an American company and Attensi uses (at least currently) AWS Europe, our Security Team was a little more concerned. But when we truly started to understand what would be stored there, and put in place our own requirements for redaction and review of the information prior to sending it off, everything was fine. **What problems is Attensi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our prior training was classroom training for new hires with instructors looking over their shoulders. Attensi allows for multiple play throughs, done independently, to help seal the learning. Longer-term employees can also retake some training to refresh if they or their leadership decide it's appropriate. ### 18.
