The user experience is speedy and Appward can get me exactly where I need to be in seconds whether it's a compliance report, a task dashboard or a conversation history with a colleague. It can run on both local servers and in the cloud working well even in areas with limited connectivity. Projects can be managed with Kanban boards to visualize the progress of all my team's initiatives in real/time.

Flawless experience; when I've had to resort to support tickets submitted were resolved efficiently usually within 1 day (at most 2, which is reasonable but still room for improvement).

With integrated project histories, real–time chats, alerts and announcements, communication flows more efficiently. Appward has a unique ability to unify multiple tools into a single platform, improve collaboration and project traceability.

Appward has become a one stop solution for my company, replacing all our ERP, CRM, DMS, HRMS, and more. It is incredibly convenient to have everything from chats and notifications to forums and apps integrated into one customizable platform. Compared to tools like OneNote and Slack, Appward is more powerful and easier to use. It has made collaboration across departments much smoother, and the helpful app guides are a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Appward?**

Moving to new software can be tricky, but the Appward team made it simple with easy trainings that got my team working in just a week. Sometimes there are small glitches, like titles showing up wrong when switching between tasks, but having a few windows open at once helps prevent this. It works best if you finish one thing before moving to the next.

**What problems is Appward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching from our old system to Appward has fixed so many problems for us. No more crashes or juggling different software everything we need, like document management and scheduling, is all in one place. We can easily track issues and performance, and the project boards make it simple to see what everyone’s working on. Instead of sending endless emails and repeating info, we just tag people in the app, and they get all the details right away. Since it’s cloud-based, we can use it from anywhere without slow logins. Appward has made our work easier, faster, and way more efficient.
