I use the custom domian settings so that my client dashboards are completely branded with my business. Setting up was easy and what couldn't be integrated could be embedded easily or linked as an external page. It is a central place for my clients and they love to use it which has lead to a decrease in queries on "where do I find ..." or "how do I do ...". The only time I contacted customer support was to aid in the custom domain set-up and they answered very quickly to help me through that section. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** The ability to save existing pages as a template in Ahsuite is fantastic, but I do wish I could figure out how to edit those templates afterwards - haven't found where to do that yet. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create video tutorials for my clients on how to use their website that I have built them. Some of this information is generic, but for many platforms that I have built, they need site specific training that isn't publicly available. Ahsuite allows me to create a dashboard for each client, with their tutorial videos all grouped into relevant pages. I also link to their analytics pages and other key external services so that my clients have a central location to find everything they need and this aids in keeping it simple for them. ### 2. It's not the whole tool shop, what really ever is though, but it is a great toolbox to use with clients. Plus the support is super. They've made significant updates in past years and have many more planned. I do think with any portal you have to really plan your specific goals and uses and then adapt how the tool can do it. I've tried many and Ahsuite checks most boxes for us. We highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** honestly, with all of the recent and not so recent updates, I can't think of anything we dislike. Ahsuites team has done great job. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing complex data to our clients. The amount of practical functionality you get from the app is amazing. The only thing I remember so far was a small issue during the whitelabel setup. Like the button to advance to the next step wasn't obvious. Something small like that. A quick chat with support and it was resolved. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single source of truth level of problem solving. Bringing client data, resources, recaps, invoices, training, among other things has been a nightmare with other platforms. Ahsuite made it easy. ### 4. We were looking for a tool the presented well to our clients but did not overwhelm them when using it. We like the ability to customize the page and page grouping based on our business services. We had some initial questions or feature requests and Kevin from Ahsuite took the time to meet with us listen to what we were looking for and within a short time came back with some feature improvements. We are using this tool for all our contracted clients as well as with our higher end clients subscribe to our other SaaS tools. We can easily integrate content to our custom reporting taylored to specific client needs. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Initially the platform was a bit rigid in the ability to customize on page content like text areas. Ideally we would like to see a more robust page editor where we can can configure "panels" of content and or multiple areas of text with full HTML capability to craft and style the content. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the Ahsuite to differentiate to our clients the ability to give then a single unified place for digital marketing information, reporting, planning, and tracking. This is the primary reason we wanted this type of platform. ### 5. There's nothing to get distracted, but everything you need to get your job done. Plus, you can invite your team and give them access to things without giving them passwords, which I find very useful. That's been an issue in the past but Ahsuite solved that problem completely. If you have multiple team members or multiple projects, there's a place for that. Multiple steps for them? Place for that too! It is so easy to understand and utilize that every member of your team can do it. We have some Neuro spicy people here and they find it much easier to use than some of the others that have too many options. Who needs all those anyway? Not us! And their customer service? Off the charts! I had some questions and I had them answered right away. No wait, no issues, just great answers. I honestly can't recommend it enough! And let's talk about pricing, absolutely reasonable. Not cheap, you don't want cheap do you? But affordable, reasonable, and impeccable customer service are going to lead you to buy this product and be completely thrilled with it. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** If someone is looking for every bell and whistle, they won't find it here. But let's face it, those things can be distracting and not everyone needs them. With the whitelabel option you can have your own branded portal and that´s amazing. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Sometimes there are small things not working as expected but in that case you can contact their support team always through the livechat widget and you will get a response and professional help in most cases within minutes. The ability to have profile data, social information, website links, data sharing via Google Sheets and even to schedule call from the interface makes working with client assets an organized task rather than a nightmare of fumbling thru various IM channels looking for assets! LOVE that they put dialogue boxes with checkboxes with portal settings all in one window!! Thanks for that AhSuite! Templates? Yes, they have templates :) Webhooks? ?Yup, got those too! Overall a great asset manager portal for your clients. White Label Agency with 20 sub-accts and 2000 Portals! Crazy! **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Obviously still in it's growth period, with more being added as they go along. Esthetically, I would like to see less of the page-wide row entries vs. compartmentalized containers that put more data in less space, but with that said there's not much bad to report. If you're full screen it's a lot of open paper until it fills up with assets. I do feel the interface could be sized up a bit for us older folks :) Visibiiity is a little rough on the eyes with the thin fonts used. Could use a more refined search. White label version would be nice for companies of all sizes, including soloprenuers, not just those that need 20 sub-accts, and 2000 portals. Orign. storage limits might be exceded by those delivering large files such as CAD drawings, video files or lg archives (.zip/.rar) Looks like they are offering Unlimited file storage at this time. Social embed feature doesn't compute, as most social platforms don't allow embedding of their apps. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** AhSuite allows me to grant access to my clients which gives them the ability to send and receive project assets in one location vs. hunting down project deliverables over several different social networks or cloud storage drives. AhSuite delivers very well. Some of the features that Ahsuite provides are usually lost in the mix with other software. The fully fleshed out features like conversations and being able to select who gets to see them or not is wonderful, it allows me to communicate internally but also I can share valuable information with my Client's. I also really enjoy the fact that I am able to label each item, so it allows the client to understand what category they are in. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** I have yet to find any issues with Ahsuite. The software was thought out well and continues to add value to my business everyday. I would definitely reccomend Ahsuite to anyone that was looking for Client Portal Software. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Ahsuite is solving for me is being able to have a one-stop shop for my client's. Before I was using email and file sharing software, this process is outdated and very difficult to maintain and scale. With Ahsuite I get all of these features and more, I am able to focus more on my business then having to organize my emails and files consistently. On some stuff, I needed help, and I am thrilled with support in many places, a knowledge base with videos (you can find them on all topics), a help centre, chat, etc. I am a person who wants live humans on the other side to ask and make conversation with. In the short term, I want to cooperate or use a service which provides real help. My primary use of this service is to have a team organised, but there are many options for the client side I used in this case. I love the ability to create a template, and it's professional to have one made per our needs. My favourite is the ability to share passwords. I tried other services to manage a team, and this feature is beneficial, but many of them missed having it. I will love to have service available in the Serbian language, but there is the ability to translate some of the fields manually. The client panel can be translated.
