Where the aforementioned are daunting to use at times, Adriel's user interface is extremely intuitive. As a novice user it's very easy to get your head around the platform in no time. As any self-respecting tech geek would do, just pick a template and start "messing about" and before you know it, you will end up with something pretty decent that can actually be shared with clients or be used internally. When you do get stuck, customer support are very responsive. During my first interaction via Live Chat, the customer support agent immediately understood my goal and provided a video walkthrough via Loom. An added advantage of the ease of use - combined with great support - is that more colleagues within an organisation can get involved in the process of creating dashboard views, since there no longer is the barrier and steep learning curve that one would experience using some of the more established legacy solutions. **What do you dislike about Adriel?** There is very little to dislike but as a user you will encounter random bugs and the responsiveness via Live Chat and email might decrease a little when compared to the pre-sales period. It has empowered our full team, both junior & senior team members, to create, build & edit dashboards to improve our day-to-day efficiencies. The platform gives us a great consolidated lens of data across a number of different data sources and the data visualization tools are great for client presentations. It's very straightforward to make custom metrics and edit styles. The Adriel team has been incredibly helpful and hands on as we've onboarded to the tool. Great with questions and it's easy to request new features if needed. Overall, would recommend this dashboard tool if your brand or company is within marketing or performance parketintg & advertising. **What do you dislike about Adriel?** There are some minor features that would be impactful for the industry we operate - performance marketing, but overall the Adriel team is receptive to feedback and feature requests. **What problems is Adriel solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Adriel, our team no longer pull manual reports. It's really easy to use. Setting up custom client reports and various versions of reports is very easy to do. Without question Adriel offers exceptional customer service and support. They helped us integrate all of our connections easily and guided us through manual data connections. Since we started more than a year ago, they have added even more connections and features. **What do you dislike about Adriel?** The biggest value they could bring to us is adding more organic measurements. Refinement of conversion events and metrics would evelvate this as a must have agency tool. **What problems is Adriel solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main solution was creating live and automed reports for our internal and external use. It pulls data from all of our marketing sources which is a significant time saving and client value add for us. It also provides detailed and customized data points for our clients. We are able to report on SQLs and MQLs from Hubspot and map it with Google Ads platform level campaigns. The implementation is very easy and there are many integrations, so you don't need any other solutions. We use it for Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Tiktok, Outbrain, Google Search Console, Sistrix, etracker and many spreadsheets. The various marketing teams and management all have their own views. This makes it possible to see what is happening and decisions can be made very quickly. From a customer service standpoint, the Adriel team cares about every request we make, whether it be large or small and have a "can-do" attitude about connecting our data to new platforms as our needs change. **What do you dislike about Adriel?** As with any challenger brand, there are definitely things that Adriel does not yet have in terms of data connections that more established SaaS/Marketing Visualization companies are able to execute. I run a small indie publishing house, and I don't have time to be taking tutorials on how to become a data analyst. So for me it's a bit too much.
