What I really enjoy most about utilizing the Acculynx platform is that it is intuitive to what my job entails. The capability to house photos, emails, invoices, crew instructions and conversations all in one platform makes my job MUCH easier. We have a saying at our company, "if it's not in Acculynx it didn't happen!" This is our way to make sure we are all on the same page with any one element of a job, and allows us to protect ourselves and our customers from miscommunication which can lead to a series of issues. Love it! **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** I have on occasion sent emails to clients or industry/networking colleagues with only the subject line of my email actually going through. This has not happened frequently enough that I believe it is a true Acculynx issue. That is also just more technical in nature and something that hasn't happened in a while. I don't believe there is anything I truly dislike about the software. There will always be new elements of the software being removed or something new introduced so there are always things you have to simply shift with. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simply being able to capture so much of the interaction with any one client all in one location is huge for our company and for myself as an individual rep and leader/manager within our organization. If I could make a suggestion for something that would help us improve our customer experience and communicate better with industry associates it would be to have the editing feature on the photos a little more robust. We hold very high levels of communication with our customers and industry associates we work with be it suppliers, insurance agents and adjusters, real estate agents, etc. The photo editing feature being a little more robust as far as the true editing options would allow us to better explain things to the individuals just listed so we are able to better communicate any issues. ### 5. The CRM itself is so automated and amazing and built to try and avoid human error as much as possible. They have great reporting features, automations, customer interface and sync with just about evey main supplier and QuickBooks. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** I think the customizations for reportings could extend to the other features better. It was very expensive for what we got out of it. (As soon as you try to pull information from outside sources like clickfunnels or integrate it with google mail or google sheets, things get a lot more complicated. II liked that it was a specialty CRM as well, making certain Roofing related tasks such as quote organization a lot more simple. Something like that in Hubspot can be time consuming to say the least. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** REALLY did not like the lack of zapier integration. Makes my life very hard. Every other CRM that I use has integration with zapier. It makes integration into Google sheets, Gmail, Hubspot, etc. seamless. I also disliked that the UI was fairly messy in some sections. **Recommendations to others considering AccuLynx:** If you require a CRM that does Zapier integration or want to save time using automation, this software is not there yet. For basic scheduling, assigning, quoting, and other service industry tasks, this was great, but the lack of integration with Zapier is nearly a deal breaker, if the client wasn't set on using it. I would recommend it for what it was advertised for and nothing more. Solid product that just needs some additions to be made. Definitely research all your options and have a list of your needs before going in to buy a CRM like Acculynx, because switching CRMs can be a real pain. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it to capture, organize, assign, and follow up with leads. ### 28. It is easy to upload photos and documents and handle production/project management needs within the Software program. It is also extremely easy to send emails and add comments so that the people working on the jobs can get updates when they are in the field. **What do you dislike about AccuLynx?** When my salesman upload photos from their tablets/phones to AccuLynx and I need to save them to my computer for uploading to Xactimate, it is complicated. You either have to email them to yourself or save them one at time to your computer from AccuLynx. They need to find an easier way for us to "Export" the photos in one large group (sometimes we have over 100+ photos for one job) from AccuLynx onto our computers or where ever we need them. Also, My Boss added the option for the Sales team to be able to order Eagle view reports but he has to approve the requests. He doesn't like that he doesn't receive a notification that a request for a report needs approval. If they could add this option, it would be very helpful for us. **Recommendations to others considering AccuLynx:** AccuLynx is a great tool for Project Management between the office and the field and it's very user friendly. Also, I like that they are working hard every day to make it more user friendly for their customers. **What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I deal with all of the paperwork and communication between the field and the office. AccuLynx has made several document upload updates and other updates lately and I am still getting used to them but I find them helpful. ### 36.
