Accelevents made it very easy to manage end-to-end event operations from a single platform.
The attendee registration and ticketing system was straightforward to set up, and the customizable event landing pages helped us maintain brand consistency
The virtual event features like live streaming, breakout rooms, and networking lounges worked smoothly and kept attendees engaged throughout the event.

The mobile app experience could be improved — some attendees reported difficulty navigating through sessions on their phones.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

I like that Accelevents is an all-in-one solution, letting us manage registration, marketing, and event content like speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors all in one place. Their support team is very responsive and they go out of their way to understand our questions or issues. They take the time to research answers or test potential solutions, which gives me confidence that they're giving accurate and thorough responses. I also appreciate that they're available any time of day, and if I need to leave a support chat, they'll continue working on the issue and follow up via email, which is really helpful since I sometimes work odd hours.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I think there are some feature gaps that I would love to see implemented in the future but they are improvements to what they already have and not something that impedes our work or causes us problems. It's our first year using the platform though and our event hasn't occurred yet so there's still some unknowns in terms of evaluating the platform at this time. The support reps have assured me that they have put in feature requests for the things I've flagged. Some off the top of my head include allowing for more social media options for speakers (e.g. Website, TikTok, YouTube), allowing for more than one mobile app image (banner ad) for a sponsor, being able to sort speakers in alphabetical order since you currently have to manually drag and drop speakers which can become quite time-intensive since we have almost 100 speakers, and allowing for multiple interactive venue maps since our event occurs across multiple locations. The order form took way longer than I expected to set up, mainly due to the fact that there wasn't an option to duplicate another order form as a starting point.

Accelevents is an all-in-one solution for managing registration, marketing, mobile app, and event content. The responsive support team gives me confidence by addressing issues anytime, even if I work odd hours.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

I like that Accelevents is extremely user-friendly, making my event management tasks easier. I really appreciate the ability to do on-site, on-demand name badge printing because it allows edits in real time for guests who change their titles or register late. This is helpful because I don’t need to shut down registration early; people can register until moments before they arrive, which allows for a larger guest turnout and less work for me leading up to the event. Additionally, their team of experts is available whenever I have a slight hiccup. They’re super patient and take over parts of the event, freeing me up from having to think about every detail.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I would prefer if someone could just do the whole thing for me and me not have to do anything.

**What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Accelevents for guest registration, on-site check-in, and name badge management. It's extremely user-friendly, with expert support whenever needed. On-demand badge printing allows for real-time edits, accommodating late registrations without closing early, increasing turnout and reducing pre-event workload.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

I use Accelevents for making and scheduling events for my company, especially for our CSR activities. I find the scheduler very beneficial. It helps me see how tickets are sold and what metrics can be improved to increase my reach. When I have donor drives to track, I can do all that in one dashboard. I like the design that makes it easy for anyone to use without much ado. I have access to how my event registration page looks across multiple platforms, and there's a relative ease in modifying and adding elements. I can add buttons, share the attendee list, make a waitlist, schedule meetings, see donors, and check for the tickets sold. The initial setup was just click and go with no issues at all.

I appreciate Accelevents for its ease of use and customer service. The navigation is intuitive, allowing multiple admin to work seamlessly and collaboratively. When I needed assistance, their customer service team responded very promptly and professionally, providing screenshots and instructions that guided me exactly where I needed to go. The initial setup of Accelevents was very easy for us.

The ticketing system doesn't automatically do graduated pricing. We needed duplicate ticketing options for different deadlines so we could avoid having to manually change the price on a specific day/time.

I wish I had a little extra editing control of the app layout, but overall a fan! We have had a couple sporadic "bugs" in the mix of this year's event, but the chat team assistance has been quick and easy to work with

It is our resource and data collector for all our event sales in the prep and post of the event. We use it as our check-in system, are looking into some lead capture, and utilize the app as our primary information source during the event.

It's easy to set up ticketed event pages and duplicate for new events without having to try in everything again, handy since we use AccelEvents quite often. Glad to get payments the day after someone buys a ticket - makes paying bands easy at the events! Customer service is quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I wish I could refund all tickets at once if an event is cancelled. As of now you have to refund each one individually - a mild inconvenience that I hope they remedy soon.

I love how easy it was to switch to Accelevents, and the customer service is exceptional. Althea, the dedicated support person, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The software efficiently handles data and roster collection, and I find the registration and resource sharing features under the event hub particularly useful. The integration with Zoom also adds value to my experience. Additionally, the direct access to customer service is so reliable that it alone would persuade me to purchase Accelevents again.

I have encountered frequent updates from Accelevents, which I find difficult to keep up with. While the updates are announced, sometimes there are nuances that go unnoticed. I would appreciate having a summary of all the updates so I can catch any changes effectively.

The 24/7 support was so helpful! The platform is so easy to use but for very niche items, the team was able to troubleshoot with me and provide quick responses and solutions to any issues that arose. Our delegates found it easy to use and navigate, we found it easy to update and it saved so much time updating only one place!

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I don't know that there is a downside! The only thing I wish could be added - which is maybe specific for my event is that I wish you could build company profiles similar to a speaker but with the company as the focus. This is super helpful for startups. The team found a workaround for me so not a real issue!

Accelerants provided a one stop shop for conference attendees - all of the information we needed to distribute was easily found with a quick download. Attendees noted how easy the platform and app were to navigate and how much it meant to them when there are other similar but not as user friendly products available.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

I researched several different providers and landed on Accelevents as the best value for overall features and customization. The entire team is amazing, with exceptional response time via chat support. I was able to customize anything I needed for implementation and the system was user friendly. I have used this at two full events and will use it again for another this September (2025). 

One of the biggest bonuses and reason for picking Accelevents was their integration with Square for credit card processing (everyone else used Stripe). We also utilized the integration with our new HubSpot system.

As a person who uses multiple systems and has many years of experience, I most appreciate the constant improvements made by the team. You can tell Marvin takes great pride in his product and knows things can always be improved. And they do it regularly!

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

If I had to pick one thing that was quirky it would be the mobile app. It was a bit cumbersome for us. But, we are an in-person event only. Sometimes people would be redirected to the browser instead of the actual app and they'd get frustrated. We would be able to assist 9 of 10 times, but the overall experience can be better. 

I know they'll work on it though as always. :)

**What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our attendees have been impressed with the onsite check-in and badge printing. We used to pre-print badges ahead of time; then, have to sift through all the names on-site. It took way too long and held everyone up waiting their turn. 


Regarding the integrated mobile app, I normally have to export multiple files to a 3rd party vendor. There are constant corrections that I have to keep up with and sometimes changes are missed. It's much more efficient to make real time changes that attendees will see right away.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

Accelevents is very user friendly and doesn't require advanced technical knowledge to set up an event, and then manage and execute the event. The platform has so many features to use to make event planning and execution easier on the whole team. 
I truly appreciate the consistent updates and advancements to the platform. Customer support has been excellent and are always so timely in their responses. It can cause huge delays in event planning if you are waiting multiple business days for a reply from support- but not with Accelevents. You'll get your answer within minutes. 
Our event attendees love the ease of use of the mobile app as well as the virtual event platform. Both have gone over well with our audiences. The amount of "I can't get logged in" issues are down significantly compared to previous platforms we've used. I would highly recommend Accelevents to any team looking for a reliable and user-friendly event management solution.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

The only hiccup we had when using Accelevents was the software not syncing and working in harmony with our badge printers. They worked tirelessly for months to address our situation and try to help us figure it out. In the end, the software just didn't like the model of badge printer we were using.

Accelevents is giving us the platform to host multiple virtual events throughout the year AND providing us with a dynamic, customizable mobile app for our large in-person conference. We have tried out many different virtual event platforms and always ran into consistent "I can't get logged in" issues- but not with Accelevents. We were able to cut costs and do away with a paper conference program because everything attendees need for an in-person conference can be ran through the mobile app.

Accelevents is the most integrated registration platform we've used, meeting many of our needs. Integrating the registration widget into our WordPress website was seamless. Customer support was highly responsive, providing direct assistance and helpful resources with impressive response times. I worked in the platform almost daily for eight months, and whether I was transferring or canceling registrations or even building out the mobile app, I found it incredibly easy to use.

Accelevents had some issues made it frustrating to use. The reporting lacked proper segmentation, making it appear as if we had duplicate registrations—without Salesforce, the reports would have been unreliable. The check-in process was flawed, as attendees were auto-checked in when they joined via the app, disrupting our on-site process. Support suggested unchecking everyone manually, which wasn’t a practical solution. While the platform was better than our previous tool, these issues made it difficult to use effectively. Would reconsider only if improvements are made.

The reporting and check-in process could definitely be improved, but after raising these concerns with my account manager, I was assured the product team is aware. What I like the best about Accelevents is the ease of use when it comes to creating agendas and modifying your event.  The user interface is very logical and you can see your changes right away to confirm the change you made is what your attendees are looking at.  To change the time or order of sessions is very easy.  Adding presenters is also powerful but easy.  I like the ability of being able to give a presenter access to their bio, or NOT to let them access their bio :)   The Accelevents platform is also one stop shopping.  There's no need to link out to other apps for real time web conferencing or speed networking.  These features are available within the platform, so there' no worrying about having attendees get lost jumping to another platform or making their way back.  This also endures all the attendee analytics are in one place under a single platform.  Their online help is very through, and if there's something you can't figure out, their live chat can help you right away.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I've found the event hub and event landing page concepts to be confusing.  It was hard to tell where to get a link to send to attendees, or where they should go - to the event site or event hub?

**What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a single platform to host virtual or hybrid attendees for a multiple day event.  There weren't a lot of choices, and what choices there were may not have had a certain feature a client had at the top of their list.  Then add in what's easy to use and looks good, it can be rough.  We are able to host a multiple day event with live streaming, interactive online breakouts, fully brand the colors and graphics for the event.  There's also a mobile app, which some of our attendees use when they're in person just because it's easier than trying to keep up with that rooms and sessions are going on.  Having all the features in one place, and a mobile app keeps me from trying to string together multiple platforms to cover all of my client's virtual event needs.

We host over 80+ events annually so it has been difficult for us to find a suitable platform to meet our needs. The ticketing/registration functions are customizable with different requirements/promo & access codes and the confirmation emails include a calendar invite/magic link allowing attendees to go back in and update their information as needed. The sales and onboarding teams have been super helpful with implementation and we've appreciated how quick they are to respond by the live chat function and email. They have also been willing to work with us on a customized Salesforce approval flow unique for our membership-based trade association. Overall, I can highly recommend Accelevents to other non-profits/trade associations looking for an all-in-one solution.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

Accelevents is your one stop shop for event management needs. It's easy to use for anyone unfamiliar with even planning and they have a wide selection of features and customization options.  From badge printing to exhibitor and sponsor management it has almost everything you need. This is a great product to use especially if event planning is not your full time role. I'm in Accelevents daily and there was a minimal learning curve to get started using the product. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other products like CVENT while still offering great features and capabilities. This year, the team has added several new features and have also improved existing capabilities. I can see that Accelevents takes care to listen to their customers and incorporate feedback into updates and features which I appreciate. I highly recommend this product.

Our sponsors and exhibitors love that lead scanning is built into Accelevents so that they don't have to pay several hundred dollars to use a lead scanner. For virtual events, Accelevents provides robust features and capabilities so that attendees have a seamless experience. I love the green room feature and all of the features that moderators can use to help manage questions and virtual attendees.  I have not used the built-in email functionality (we rely on Emma instead) however, I plan to use it in the future because it seems like a more elegant way to connect with our attendees.

I also like the various embed and integration options available for the event landing page and virtual event hub. One of our events serves Higher Ed Technology Professionals and seamless web experience is important for reinforcing trust and ensuring attendees are confident that they're purchasing tickets for a real event and not a scam.

We have run into issues, both end user errors and bugs, but the Customer Success team has been a huge resource for us. They respond quickly, go above and beyond to solve our problems, and always try to help us learn how to use Accelevents better. They are keen to follow-up on outstanding support requests and coordinate closely with the product development team to ensure we always have a positive experience.

The Customer Success team has played a major role in our continued use of Accelevents as the company and product mature. Althea has been a pleasure to work with and always takes great care of us, going above and beyond in more ways than one. Arianne, Anya and Anna have also been great. I rarely wait longer than 60sec to receive a chat response from the Customer Success team which is not always the case with other products.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

I'd like to see improvements regarding customizing the event hub and landing page to better meet accessibility requirements. As a state funded organization, accessibility is a major priority for us and currently there are some accessibility challenges with the product's UI/UX and functionality.

There has been a continued challenge with using the built in name badge functionality. When printing badges, if you print or download badge files using a PC the art quality drops significantly, causing the badges to print blurry. This issue doesn't exist when using a Mac. The customer success team did a tremendous job helping us find a work around for a recent event, but I would like to see this improved because the badge creator is a major reason why we use Accelevents.

In addition, I've found the dashboard and analytics aren't always accurate. Whether it's end user error on our part or something that is prioritized for later on in the product roadmap, I'm unsure. I am able to get all of the data I need by doing manual registration data downloads and importing the data into excel. However, I'd like to be able to confidently trust the data presented in the built-in dashboard and analytics feature.

Accelvents allows for easy lead collection for our sponsors without sponsors having to purchase a lead scanner on site. This has helped us provide ROI to our sponsors and ensure they continue to support our event year over year. Accelvents also makes registration easy for our attendees and allows us to run fully virtual or hybrid events with minimal additional effort. Accelvents helps us print name badges, communicate with attendees, and track registration activity.

It is very easy to use as an admin and as an event attendee. We collect feedback from attendees and ask about user friendliness with positive results. We use Accelevents multiple times a year for multiple different types of events: webinars, virtual conferences, "pep rallies." I love that it's customizable and we can use features we need for bigger events like conferences, and turn them off for smaller, simpler events. Customer support has always been helpful- live chat during creation of an event or during a live event was incredibly helpful the first time I used the platform.

At times we will duplicate and event and update content for the following year. It is challenging to copy/paste from a past event into a new one if something didn't transfer over when duplicated. You can't seamlessly have two events open in two tabs- it will default to the most recent event, so reviewing a previous event to update a new/current one is challenging.

What amazed me right away was the service I recieve. The true 24/7 support is key for someone who has a tendancy to inadvertantly miss a toggle. I feel like the support is endless, where with other products I have had a certain allotted amount of suport time. Coupled with the excellent help articles I feel like I can fix any issues.

We have been able to use the tool for different types of events becuase of the flexability that this tool offers. 
I appreciate that we can have lots of users. We are able to have multiple departments using this tool and also allow for others to have access so that as the event planner I dont have to be the only one who has to do everything.

I also have really felt heard by my support team. There have been times where we have submitted suggestions in how to make the end user experiance easier and I feel that we have been heard and if its something that can be adjusted they take that on and make the update.

In some ways the only issue is how flexible this tool is. I sometimes can get myself confused or caught in a loop inadvertantly toggling things on or off.

**What do you like best about Accelevents?**

I am now using Accelevents for my 2nd confernce and I like that they are constantly updating and improving.  Accelevents really listens to ideas for improvements and implements those ideas.  
When I need to chat for help the chat is SO FAST - Like no wait time (even in the middle of the night 🤣)

Overall I am really impressed with their product and will continue to use and recommend them to others.

That you have to load multiple photo sizes for a vendor/exhibtor and that the system can not adjust the images on its own.  However, they just added a new feature to import an exhibitor from a previous event - so for the repeat vendors the work is already done.  This was actually a request that I had that was implemented.

By using a mobile app we are able to significantly reduce paper agendas, etc at our conference.  We can also update on the fly where as you can not with paper.

Also the mobile/onsite badge printing is amazing!

User friendly, easy to learn and incredible support team. The team responds super fast and is very efficient - they know everything even when we are working on exceptions moments.

The survey functionalities need improvement. I applied a survey to all the sessions from our conference last year and I had to do manually 40+ sessions because there was no functionality to duplicate them. They were identical so it was really a lot of work to have to do it manually.

It would have been great if we could have an integration with our ticket selling platform - Impexium.

We had our annual conference held online last year. I was initially skeptical about an online conference as I thought it wouldn't be so engaging but it was great.

It's super easy to use and intuitive. 
The chat support is 10 seconds away and always ready to help.
It has many functionalities to complement events—booths, sponsors, networking, lounges, and everything else we need.
It now has integration with Hubspot that works both ways.

**What do you dislike about Accelevents?**

There were bugs here and there, but they had fixed them in recent years. We've been using the platform for 4 years and are happy.

Some missing convenience features should be easy to implement. For example, you can't copy surveys/Polls or automatically have a rating poll after each session (you need to create a separate one for each session and attach it to it).

We needed a platform to host virtual and hybrid events, and accelevents was what we needed. It had some flows 4 years ago, but nowadays it's a lot better and complete.

I like that we have a one-stop website for registrations, ticket sales, communications, and vendor managment.

There could be a little more flexibility to the design of the frontend, but that is being a bit picky.

Previously, we didn't have a way to easily take payments. Also, this solved a huge problem when it came to creating badges for checked-in attendees. Accelevents removes the need for 3 or 4 additional spreadsheets, website forms, and payment portals.
