I appreciate that 99minds' setup process was straightforward and efficient, completed within twenty minutes with personal onboarding. The software’s ease of use is impressive; I've never encountered any problems, and all necessary updates are handled seamlessly. Its integration with POS systems is easy, and the communication regarding gift card balances is clear and helpful. Very easy to use with countless templates and the customer support which is always ready to help. 99minds also has a great loyalty program that can be integrated to many other apps like email and review apps. Because of 99 minds it was possible to create an exceptional and a very advanced Digita gift card system for the customers. The gift card system helped us greatly in customer acquisation and building customer loyalty. A point based loyaty program personalised for customers helped us in getting sales from our existing customer base and helped us build a lot of customer loyalty! 99minds is simple to integrate and it comes with a large and innovative variety of loyalty, referral and gift card programs to better engage the customers. The customer support is top-notch.
