I like that 7pace works directly inside Azure DevOps, so I don’t have to switch between tools just to track time. Logging time against work items is simple, and once the team gets used to it, it becomes part of the normal workflow. The reporting is useful for understanding effort at sprint and project level, which helps with planning. I can also implement my third party software within it, and it's customer support it also best, and I am using this software for last one year.
