It helps to organize different projects and tasks. It also helps to manage deadlines. 5 PM works really good for a small team for collaboration, task assignments, and team communication. It is really good for daily work tasks and planning. customer service is really supportive and responsive. **What do you dislike about 5:00 PM?** 5pm mobile app is quite outdated as compared to other new models. other than that i think it is really good. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to manage hard tasks and deadlines while improving team communication and coordination. 5pm also helps to complete tasks on schedule. ### 2. Thankful that they give you a free two week trial to get exposed to it, without taking your credit card information. This is helpful especially for those who are new to management work and trying to consolidate the work plans for the group. All in all, I think that what they provide is really helpful and could be useful for any company who is trying to streamline their work task for their employees. **What do you dislike about 5:00 PM?** I think that in the beginning it takes awhile for users to get used to the tools and functions that it has to offer. I don't love the pricing of it all, but I do think that what it offers could be much more helpful if it were at a lesser cost. IF they could have a few more video tutorials that would be nice. Also, the platform seems to be a little outdated and could use a overhaul on a new platform. **Recommendations to others considering 5:00 PM:** Good if your company is looking to invest in group projects. Has a lot of big company investment which is proof that the product works. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has allowed us to be able to all be on the same page and create tasks for others to use and complete as the day carries on. This primarily allows us to streamline all of our work and attempt to complete all task given for each employee. ### 4. I specifically liked the feature to add a start and end date. **What do you dislike about 5:00 PM?** I am unsure how to receive a deadline notification. I would like to be reminded of upcoming deadlines and not sure if that feature is not available or if I was unable to find and set up. **Recommendations to others considering 5:00 PM:** I have used Trello in the past and I like the look and feel of this product better. The reporting functionality is perfect for sharing progress with the project team and keeping track of effort certification. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product allow the project manager to set the administrative rights for the project team, thus allowing separate privileges for particular team members. 5PM is a great tool to keep track and report on projects, especially with a high amount of action items all due at different times in the project life-cycle. ### 5. Everything is pretty intuitive, so the learning curve is short.The way it's set up also makes it easy to adapt to the particular needs of the business. And they have AWESOME customer service: prompt, responsive, and courteous. **What do you dislike about 5:00 PM?** The way the time-tracking widget always disappears from my icon tray. I'd think it was a problem with my computer, but others I know who use 5pm have reported the same issue. **Recommendations to others considering 5:00 PM:** One of the things I love about 5pm is that it's not overwhelming. Some other programs are so complicated and fancy it takes more time to set them up and use them than it does to do the work you're trying to track. 5pm is easy to get the hang of, so you can focus on what needs to be done. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking multiple projects, clients, jobs, and contractors, and managing deadlines. Having one place to keep all the information everyone needs to get jobs done, in a place that can be accessed from any computer, means stuff doesn't get overlooked or forgotten. ### 6. It's relatively basic, but my company has been using it for years. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage my software trainings projects on 5pm from start to finish. I record notes, time spent, etc. It does help me keep track of my available time for each project. There are areas that would be great to see improved, and that is where the great customer service comes into play. They want to make their product better, so they listen and work with the customer. Anyone in this business know that it is a process. Nothing is ever perfect out of the gate. and once it seems like you're there, times and technology changes, and the strive to improve continues. When our project went from a development stage to a maintenance stage I switched from an expensive PM tool to 5pm and have been very happy. **What do you dislike about 5:00 PM?** I would like the ability to sort by multiple columns. I can sort by myself for example, but not by my tasks and then by date. **Recommendations to others considering 5:00 PM:** If you are looking for something easy to use, not tons of bells and whistles for monitoring your project, this is excellent. **What problems is 5:00 PM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to monitor our project no matter where I am.
