Having used the solution for a few months, this reviewer finds it to be a great tool with friendly customer support and smooth implementation. Some areas of the system could improve to align better with traditional Excel functionalities.

The data 42 provides helps tremendously compared to shopify reporting. I'm able to pull data and reports along with using their different tools to get in depth and specific data needed. Also the team is great, especially Erica who was a pleasure working with during onboarding and post along with Sara who is very responsive and helpful.
