We currently use another platform called Experios for creating our content. However, we have many old PDFs designed by agencies over the years and wanted to add them to our website quickly. 3D Issue suggested their alternative Flipbooks platform, which allowed us to achieve this in minutes. It allowed us to drag and drop our PDFs onto the platform welcome screen and convert them in minutes. Also, their customer support team are outstanding. We had some trouble with crop marks for one of our PDFs, and Dwain from their team helped us resolve it in minutes via email. Very speedy response. 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a multi-year 3dissue flipbook client. We publish The Boca Raton Observer magazine, the largest circulated lifestyle periodical in the State of Florida and one of the state's most award-winning magazines.

The product is function-rich and stable which generates very few calls to their support des. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No one answers their support phone numbers. No one responds to their support email queue.

On June 7, 2022, we encountered a challenge with the platform. We called the support and sales number and no one answered. We sent an email and received an automated response stating they typically respond within an hour. Several hours later we received a response that it was a holiday and they only offered limited email support. In reality, they OFFER NO SUPPORT on holidays.

Early this morning a salesperson sent an email indicating that we must upgrade our software (she did not provide a callback phone number). I asked a simple question and six hours later she has yet to respond. I have since sent three additional emails and copied both the president of the company and the head of sales. No response. Their support line closes at 4 PM EST, which is in about 20 minutes.

We are unable to post our newest issue until we hear back from them. Our clients and subscribers are quite upset.

If you are considering using this platform for a mission-critical application, I would recommend you find another vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my initial engagement with 3D Issue I was very impressed. We needed this product with a quick turnaround on activation and training. The pre-sale, cost breakdown and planning was seamless thanks to Ronan Campbell. His enthusiasm for the product reassured us that this would be a great benefit to our company.

We used this product to create a digital edition of our Annual Reports. With a lot of our activity now online, this was the perfect fit to bring our publication to a new level with embedded video clips and links. 3D Issue Flipbook is great to use. The tools are really intuitive and make it super quick and easy to create very professional-looking flipbooks. It's very straightforward to add interactivity, and the finished products look very polished. We started creating flipbooks using this solution approximately two years ago and they've proven really popular Really happy that we started using this solution! Managing users could be a bit more straightforward. However, Support have always been quick to solve any problems I raise with them. Our preference is to retain issues for a long time, so it would be good if there was the option to assign a new owner to a flipbook when there's a change of personnel. 3D Issue has made creating digital catalogs alot easier. Adding assets and a table of contents or updating pages takes only a few minutes versus the old program we previously used.
