It is very intuitive and best of all, there is no coding required. **What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?** Takes a little time to get used to where everything is, but their team was amazing and helped us at each step along the way (special shout out to Colene). **What problems is 3D Issue Experios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we started using Experios, our content was static and quite boring - we needed something to convey a more premium/high end look. This platform allowed us to animate our designs, which really gives a 'wow' factor for our customers. The ability for our publications to reshape to mobile devices was also a big factor for us purchasing as the majority of our audience consume content on their mobile devices. ### 2. However, we recently moved to their newest offering, Experios. A lot of our older students now have mobile phones, but our previous online flipbooks did not suit those screen sizes. With Experios, our School Magazine now fits all types of devices, such as mobiles, tablets and laptop machines. **What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?** Struggled a little bit in the beginning after the initial switch. We do not have an in-house designer or a marketer, so it was up to me to get to grips with the software. Also, I did not know about the predesigned 'Blocks' in the beginning and I was attempting to create everything manually. Had I been aware of those blocks at the very beginning, it would have made life a lot easier. We wanted to create content in-house but the process to do so required a huge learning curve which we simply didn't have the time to commit to within the team at that time with other solutions we had come across. Experios solved these problems and much more! The fact that content, offers and products could change quickly too meant we struggled to keep the marketing material fresh and up to date. Excellent after-sales support. **What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?** There was a little bit of a learning curve in understanding responsiveness, but it was more to do with us always creating static images in the past. The onboarding helped us understand this though. **Recommendations to others considering 3D Issue Experios:** Once up and running, you will be creating superb content for your readers. Book yourself in for an onboarding session too, as there were lots of cool hidden features such as menus and overlays that we weren't aware of in the beginning. **What problems is 3D Issue Experios solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, we had to create our brochures, menus, etc using static PDFs and images. This meant our customers had to zoom in to read the text. Experios solved this problem immediately. Now our content reshapes no matter what devices people are viewing on.
