What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

Experios is a very user-friendly platform which allowed us to easily create engaging content for our audience. There are also an abundance of pre-ready templates available, which make it super useful for us when creating our publications. It is very intuitive and best of all, there is no coding required. What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

For the past 8 years, we have been using 3D Issue Flipbooks to convert our pdfs to digital online flipbooks. However, we recently moved to their newest offering, Experios. A lot of our older students now have mobile phones, but our previous online flipbooks did not suit those screen sizes. With Experios, our School Magazine now fits all types of devices, such as mobiles, tablets and laptop machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?

Struggled a little bit in the beginning after the initial switch. We do not have an in-house designer or a marketer, so it was up to me to get to grips with the software. Also, I did not know about the predesigned 'Blocks' in the beginning and I was attempting to create everything manually. Had I been aware of those blocks at the very beginning, it would have made life a lot easier. I would highly recommend booking the training at the beginning. What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

Super product that has enabled us to create beautiful digital "experience's" for our menus and our social content. Very popular with both our customers and staff alike. The onboarding session in the beginning was super helpful and allowed us to get a great understanding of what the product can do. We have only hit the tip of the iceberg in terms of the features they have to offer, but will definitely look to start delving deeper into the full bells and whistles very soon. What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

Very interesting online platform. With the help of their staff, I now have a really nice brochure that I send to my customers. I really like the way my brochure text moves in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?

I am overly technical, so it was all new to me in the beginning. They talked about "responsive design" quite a bit and the need for it, as most of my customers contact me by mobile phones. I understand it better now. Was tricky in the beginning. The staff helped me with a workshop at the start and any problems I had after that, they were really quick to reply to me. What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

Customer care is outstanding. It took a little bit of time to wrap my head around the Rows and Columns, as I had never dealt with responsive design previous to using this platform. However, this was quickly rectified by the amazing onboarding. There is zero coding required, which is very helpful. Experios has enabled us to create professional newsletters — for desktop and mobile — really quickly. It comes with tonnes of ready-made templates, but our team love how customizable everything is. Nothing really. There is a little bit of a learning curve — for more complex things like hiding or flow of content on mobile, or fine-tuning animations — but they have tonnes of useful video tutorials to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

We use Experios for all our social content and branding and the results have been outstanding. The animations are slick and our content reshapes to fit all devices. My team members can also log in and create projects at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading images seemed very slow. At first, our sales rep advised us it could be down to our network connection, however after some short discussions with their support team, it seems we were uploading colossal-sized PNGs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 3D Issue Experios?

Great for non-techies like myself. I have a keen eye for design, so this helped when creating my projects. Colene was fantastic during the onboarding process and our customer rep, Richard, has been very helpful ever since. What do you dislike about 3D Issue Experios?
