365vox Reviews & Product Details

365vox is a voice AI company headquartered in Toronto, with an office in California. 365vox builds and runs AI voice agents that answer, qualify and route business phone calls for organizations in Canada and the United States. A 365vox agent works as a 24/7 virtual receptionist, an after-hours answering service or overflow support for a busy front desk. It greets every caller, answers questions about the business, captures leads, books appointment requests, takes messages and transfers urgent calls to the right person. Every caller hears that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. Each agent is built for one business and tested before it goes live. Teams manage greetings, questions, rules and escalation paths in the 365vox portal, and see every call with a summary, recording, transcript and analytics. Industries served include property management and real estate, healthcare and dental practices, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), law firms, insurance agencies, schools, public agencies and HR teams. Integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Clio, Cliniko, NexHealth (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft), Buildium, DoorLoop, Rentvine, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets and Zapier. Privacy: a signed Business Associate Agreement is available before a clinic's first call, call data is kept in the customer's own country (Canada or the United States), and no health details are sent in emails. Partners: independent sales partners earn recurring commissions, and agencies can offer 365vox under their own brand through a white-label program. Pricing is $0.75 per minute with a free 7-day trial.
