**What do you like best about 3-D Secure?**

It's easy to use the service when a transaction is done, you are notified and then asked to accept the transition. No need to use the additional application, and no complexity.

**What do you dislike about 3-D Secure?**

Sometimes a delay is present, and when I validate the transaction it's not possible to run it and then you have to restart transaction/operation and you have a doubt at the final

**What problems is 3-D Secure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

authenticity of the operation and also notification. I need to know what financial operation is done and with wich amount in order to master my account and expenses

Crashes sometimes unexpectedly. Bug fixing needs to be done frequently
