**What do you like best about 2X Connect?**

really appreciate its focus on being a good dialer, which is exactly what I want. It doesn't try to do too much, and that's a big plus. The prime advantage is the speed of connection. The initial setup was good (minor caveats below).  They guide you through it and are there to answer questions which makes it easier. Overall, it's good at what it does without overcomplicating everything (so you can focus on getting on the phone).

**What do you dislike about 2X Connect?**

The onboarding process is a little clunky in terms of back and forward.  Did like that giving feedback was met with responses from developers (and implementation).  i.e. they made changes. That's true across the board – they're very responsive. The other one is, I think the UI just looks a little bit dated at times. It's not terrible by any stretch of imagination. On par with a lot of them out there but room for improvement.

**What problems is 2X Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeds up dialling.  Much easier than manually calling (probably get 2–3x the number of conversations in for the same time window).

**What do you like best about 2X Connect?**

There is nothing like this on the market. Instant connection, no blip, no waiting, incredible call quality. List goes on.

**What do you dislike about 2X Connect?**

My only complaint would be the UI is not the cleanest and some functionality (which they seem to be building) is not there. However, the only thing that matters in a cold call is the quality of the call - all the rest is fluff if you don't master the quality like they have.

**What problems is 2X Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving connection rate while maintaining the high level of quality a cell phone call could provide

**What do you like best about 2X Connect?**

I'm getting connections less than a minute apart, I'm averaging over 20+ connects per hour.  What this means is much more productivity during cold calling.  More connects mean your sales reps will have a chance to practice and get better, more chances to test different techniques and messaging, meaning more quality conversations and meetings.  I've tried 10 dialers this year and can't find anything else that matches the combination of affordability, ease of use, and raw productivity

**What do you dislike about 2X Connect?**

Honestly it doesn't have every gimmicky feature yet (like AI coaching which is useless anyway IMO) but they are adding features and tuning the AI constantly.  If there's a feature you need that they don't have it I guarantee they'll listen and get it on the roadmap.

**What problems is 2X Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for multiple clients, executing cold calling campaigns so I need to be able to have a lot of conversations per hour.  Most of my career I did manual dialing and typically reached 2 - 3 people per hour.  That's not good enough, in today's climate, you need to be having 10 - 20 conversations an hour.  With 2x connect I can log in and start dialing my chosen campaign in 4 clicks.  Creating a new campaign is simple, just choose a name and file, hit upload and you're there.  Simple interface lowers my stress level, I can just focus on calling.

2xConnect is the only capable AI dialer and the price is insanely good.

**What do you like best about 2X Connect?**

The solution enables my agents to have much higher contact rates and actual conversations.  Agent productivity increased by almost 3x – which helped me to scale the business without having to hire more agents

**What do you dislike about 2X Connect?**

That they do not have a solution for B2C calling.

**What problems is 2X Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables us to get maximum productivity from the Agents without having to have to pay for a physical office for them to work in.  It enables us to manage them as a remote workforce.  It also has eliminated lead fraud by agents and supervisors.  This really helps us with client retention and expansion.

**What do you like best about 2X Connect?**

The product has been very helpful for our B2B Demand Generation Call Center.

It has everything a BDR/SDR needs to start marketing and selling.

B2B Specific CRM with Account-Based Marketing capabilities, Massive B2B Contacts Database, Intelligent hybrid dialer all in one place.

The platform is very user friendly and easy to setup and use.

Honestly, we like all features and highly recommend it B2B marketers.

It Increases agent productivity.
