Fast and prompt service with any issues relating to the site. **What do you dislike about 2Ship?** There is nothing I dislike about 2ship and it's service. **Recommendations to others considering 2Ship:** Fast service and support. All courier in one portal. 1 login to view all prices and courier. Same day shipping provided if needed. Cheaper price than most courier. **What problems is 2Ship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than set up profiles with all couriers and have a huge number of logins 2ship provides one access to all couriers. ### 3. People there should be a little more willing to help and fix the issue rather than just say it back to the customer, you made a mistake. Well, that is the reason we are calling to FIX IT! but generally calling in is not required it is pretty simple to use and fix problems. **What problems is 2Ship solving and how is that benefiting you?** reliable shipping **Official Response from Sham Man:** > Thank you for the nice feedback. We worked hard to make the shipping interface easy to use and contain all your same day/next day and LTL carriers all in one place. The tracking functionality is pretty good as you have noted, customers love how they can track all shipments with all their carriers in one screen. They never have track one shipment at a time and it's a thing of the past! Sorry to hear you had this experience and we have to say that is out of the ordinary. The new version is too cluttered to use on screen. **What do you dislike about 2Ship?** That awful chat tab. It's always in the way, and it's always offline for the afternoon shift. Dislike the response time when the 2ship server goes down. **What problems is 2Ship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our department was able to eliminate the need to deliver shipping labels by courier. The support team can change the positioning of the chat box and you can just make that request to them and our support is available from 9-6 EST, so we're there in the afternoon. During the testing phase, they were always open to changes and suggestions of improving the integration. **What do you dislike about 2Ship?** On occasion, the rating can be slow, but that is not always the problem of the software. Carrier Company sites to provide the rates are sometimes to blame. (IE: UPS, Purolator, CPC) **What problems is 2Ship solving and how is that benefiting you?** We replaced an existing system which was extremely tedious to try and keep up to date. 2-Ship more than exceeded our needs.
