The overall customization of the home screen and each tab are really helpful. It takes a minute to figure out how to navigate the system because there are so many features. Our team didn't use all of them but it was nice to know that there was an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about 24SevenOffice? When I first began using the program it took me a while to figure out how to input all the information I needed as well as how exactly to customize the different tabs. Once we figured that out it was easier. The system isn't super userfriendly in some areas but once you figure it out the program is pretty nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering 24SevenOffice: I used 24sevenoffice for a short time while I deemed the use necessary for a private business that did wholesale. It gave me the opportunity to try out a program when I was just starting out. As stated, I didn't use the program long. Part of the reason I stopped was the price point. Though there are lots of features that make it easier to perform tasks (not going between programs) it was not worth the cost. This was especially a factor since I was not using all the features. You can mirror your email in order to not go back and forth between different programs. This is the case for quite a few different things.
