1Channel Workforce Management Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Workforce Management Software replaces spreadsheets and manual rosters for distributed field teams. Admins approve daily or weekly beat plans that assign stores to employees by day, upload plans via Excel, and track beat compliance as stores covered against stores planned. Attendance is marked from the Android or iOS app with a geo-tagged photo that AI matches against the employee's first-login reference, with random checks during work hours. Earned leaves auto-allocate monthly and carry forward, claims are filed against expense heads, and every request routes to the reporting head through the organization hierarchy. People hygiene audits check uniform and grooming with photo evidence. Monthly attendance closure produces payroll-ready working, present, absent and late days for Excel, CSV or API sync, and Catalyst sends managers a weekly AI coaching report. Used by field sales, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and BPO teams.
