1Channel Visual Merchandising & POSM Management Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Visual Merchandising & POSM Management is a cloud-based platform that helps FMCG, CPG, and retail organizations plan, deploy, and audit point-of-sale materials and visual merchandising displays across retail outlets. Programme managers define POSM categories such as banners, posters, standees, and digital displays for easier tracking and deployment. Campaigns are created with a defined duration, store list, and POSM mapping, giving store-level visibility into what has been deployed and what is pending. Field teams capture images of displays through the mobile app for validation, while a multi-level audit workflow lets supervisors score and approve submissions, and a bypass workflow captures exceptions like store closures. Campaign coverage and visibility tracking measure how much of the planned merchandising was executed, with coverage percentages, a visibility index, and performance analytics available through dedicated dashboards.
