1Channel Field Activity Management Software Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Field Activity Management Software replaces paper forms and inconsistent store-visit data for field teams. Admins build questionnaires in a Category, Sub Category and Questionnaire hierarchy with 7 question types, per-question weightage and follow-up questions that appear based on an earlier answer. Each activity assigns a questionnaire to roles and an optional store list for a date range. Reps fill it in the Android or iOS app during the visit, offline if needed, with a GPS and time-stamped photo. Managers review each submission, edit if needed and approve it before it reaches visit reports. People Hygiene Audits check photo, lanyard, uniform, dress and grooming. Reports cover visit productivity, a market visit photo gallery and activity-wise results. The AI Assistant answers retail-execution questions, such as which outlets have a POSM item in place. Used by field sales, merchandising, audit and quality teams.
