For us, 10Duke provided the best balance between having a modern cloud licensing engine and being ready to accommodate some of our more enterprise level requirements. We needed to upgrade from our in-house system into a solution that would offer us more flexibility and scale, and reduce the need for license activation related support. In these respects, 10Duke has been exactly what we hoped it would be. With 10Duke you get more than just access to a system, you get to work with a dedicated team who are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point something out, I’d say the initial setup takes some learning. The platform is powerful, which naturally means there are a lot of configuration options, and a bit more step-by-step guidance or clearer documentation for advanced scenarios would make the onboarding smoother.
