We needed to upgrade from our in-house system into a solution that would offer us more flexibility and scale, and reduce the need for license activation related support. With 10Duke you get more than just access to a system, you get to work with a dedicated team who are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. We also had certain security requirements that some of the smaller vendors in the market couldn't meet.

The system's open architecture is modern and good, and I am also satisfied with the quality of the technical support provided.
