Iorad is an exceptional tool. I love that it allows me to create simulations that are easy to use and deploy for almost any system, making training rollouts smooth and effective. I've used it across many industries, from IT systems to HR systems, and even in quick-service restaurant settings, including kiosks and back-of-house operations. The fact that one recording can be edited quickly and output into multiple formats, especially the interactive video where users follow and click, is fantastic. This feature helps users remember actions by building physical memory and using on-screen anchors. The language and translation features, along with standard templating, are simply brilliant. I find the setup of Iorad to be super easy, which makes it a pleasure to work with, and the support team is brilliant if any help is needed. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The only real problems you're going to find with iorad are exactly the same as with other DAP solutions. The problems with these screen recording tools generally come in when we are looking at multilayer and sometimes ring-fenced systems. So, POS and kiosks can sometimes be separated from the main network and require a bit more of a technical approach to capturing the simulations to begin with. Basically, if you've got quite complex or older systems running in multilayers, that's the only time we're gonna have a problem. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
