Revolutionized Our Workplace Recognition
I think Kudos has been a great addition to our workplace culture because it gives us the ability to give recognition and show appreciation in real time. I like the format and ability to recognize others and thank them. The eCards are also something I like, especially because we can send them for special occasions, like when a coworker got married and we congratulated him. The initial setup of Kudos seemed pretty easy too.
