I appreciate that WriteUpp stores everything in one place, so I don't have to worry about having information scattered across different platforms. I like how easy it is to input a note or an expense on the app when I'm out and about on visits, which I can do quickly and it saves me a lot of time when I get back home. This feature really helps me keep up to date with notes and expenses on the go, and it helps me stay focused on my next sessions, making me more productive. I was looking to make a switch in my practice, and the setup is easy. It’s more intuitive than Owl Practice, and the customer service has been quick, knowledgable and there when I need it. There were a few small issues when transferring client files. The main one is that WriteUpp requires a specific .csv format for importing files, which means I have to spend extra time making sure the .csv from my previous provider is set up correctly. It would save time if I could customize the import to match my incoming file format.
