This customization really helps in reducing complexity, especially for those who aren't directly working in procurement. The guide feature is also quite useful, assisting people in filling out the necessary details like cost codes and centers. There could be more flexibility to have more custom fields. In our business, it all gets quite complicated, but we have to fit into a relatively rigid system.
