Customer support is top-notch when you need it, which is rare! The software is intuitively setup to make your user experience more productive. In addition, the software assists you in having a clean account. The ability to email statements directly within the program helps to reduce postage cost significantly. I am not a fan of Practice Master but could imagine if I had a big firm, it would be a valued portion of the software. I also find paying to be trained to use the software frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
