Work Item Recommendations scale with your backlog — Starter uses Claude Haiku 3.5 for backlogs up to 1,000 items (800–1,200 credits), Professional uses Claude Sonnet 4 for up to 10,000 items (1,500–2,000 credits), and Enterprise uses Claude Opus 4.5 for unlimited backlogs with multi-pass cross-BU optimization (2,500–3,500+ credits).
