# Reg. Promotion and license I think PLECS should reach out to industries like European Spallation Source, and Princeton Plasma Physics Lab, and other research labs, and demonstrate to the group of engineers here the usability of this software. It will have a wider impact and it will help us procure a license for the software and use it in long term with full usability. I believe if PLECS reached out to a few labs, gives a month of demo license, it would be more widely accepted. The industry still relies a lot on other more commercially available software which is well known, I don't want to name it. Also, I am so confused about the license types it offers, single-user .. standalone.. and all makes it confusing sometimes. That's one reason I started using the demo version.
