What do you dislike about GrowSurf?

As a Growth Marketing Lead, I really value how straightforward GrowSurf is to implement and use. Even on the Starter Plan, it gives us enough flexibility to build a solid referral program that actually drives new leads. I like the automation, the ability to customise campaigns quickly, and the seamless tracking of referrals. It saves time, removes the manual effort, and integrates well with our workflow. We use it daily, for tracking. The customer support is also very supportive. I had a doubt, immediately with in 24hrs a call was scheduled and got solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GrowSurf solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve never used another referral platform before, so GrowSurf has been our first structured experience in building a referral program.

Previously, we didn’t have a proper system in place, everything was either an idea on paper or scattered efforts that weren’t trackable.

GrowSurf solved this by giving us a plug-and-play platform to set up and manage referrals without needing developers. Now we can track referrals, reward participants automatically, and see real results. It’s helping us grow our customer base in a more organised and scalable way. What do you like best about GrowSurf?

What do you dislike about GrowSurf?

UX to manage campaign assets and set up is not the most clear. Also marking referrals as approved and disbursed in the app is manual and slow to update. Would be very helpful to bulk approve via CSV upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GrowSurf solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great solid product that does its core function very well. We have more complex eligibility requirements, so onboarding was slightly longer in order to customize for our use case. But once it was set up, it has been running smoothly. Helped us modernize and automate our outdated referral program that was very manual to manage and entirely living in Google Sheets. Saved many hours validating referrals and limits human errors prone in the previous system. Cost is fair and fit our small-mid company size well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
