With that in terms of security roles and permissions it is complex and can be confusing which could cause data risk to the company. FileHold makes it easy to scan, store, and index documents. This solution also allows us to collect and organize information, access, process documents and control all our business processes. Really, I don't see any downsides in FileHold document management software. It is true that we may have customers who will think that some features of FileHold do not work properly, but this is due to the fact that these features have not been enabled or properly configured. So I think that a good configuration of the software with the help of customers according to their real needs will help solve all these doubts about the software. I can't say there are many, if any at all, downsides to using the software. It does exactly what it was designed to do and does it well for a great price point. There are some features I would like to se implemented in future releases, however.
