Most automated dialer software(s) are only checking for the attempts made, not the inbound activity. Especially if the caller dials in from a different number, it would be difficult to manage the connection(s) made to a caller. The best practice I have seen is to have a unique Identifier link the caller to the call being made via the CRM you are using to drive the activity and do a data dip to that crm for any and all inbound/outbound activity.

Question on: NiCE CXone Mpower
How can we report bugs or issues to get the software cleaner and running more smoothly?We need a way to report issues to your tech team to get some answers, even if it is just acknowledgment of the problem and an estimated fix time. I find flaws everywhere, but I don't have the time during a call to find a way to report it. Typically I would report the issue to my supervisor, but I would rather report the issue straight to your system.

I agree with you 100%. I am VERY dissatisfied with the technical service I've received in the 3 years of using this software. Lately it has been worse, not sure what is going on there. When we run into an issue I report it to IT and then they input a "Trouble Ticket" with them. We then begin the waiting process, be sure not t hold your breath lol.
