We use Site24x7 to monitor our systems and are completely satisfied. The platform impresses with a surprisingly simple user interface, combined with a very extensive set of features – from classic uptime monitoring to server and infrastructure monitoring, to detailed reports and alerting functions.
I would particularly like to highlight the seamless integration with Freshservice, which is a real added value for us. Disruptions and alerts are automatically created as tickets, which makes our support process significantly more efficient.
