Nothing - the company are amazingly receptive to user feedback, and are continually rolling out minor improvements and upgrades to enhance the already strong offering. Ongoing support is provided instantly, and the company are creating a series of webinars for how to get the most out of the platform. The platform literally pays for itself in saved admin time and peace of mind, and is incredibly robust and stable. Future plans involve more native integration and two-way communication with other popular systems like gmail and calendar.
