Alex is an intelligent AI interviewer. We are impressed with this service and would recommend it. It works better the more you bend and work with it to customize interview kit questions to get the best results to get the best scores for inbound applicants being rated by Alex or taking the interview with Alex. Alex is building the plane while flying it, like most tech and AI startups so you have to be patient, work through issues as a team, collaborate with them and tell your users that they will have the give the product time to get to the best place it can be so its most effective. We have a low conversion rate of candidates that take the AI interview, not the Alex's fault, we are a bit early to the game of AI interviewing, but in a few years time, the job application world will probably have every candidate prescreened through AI and it will become more common.
