How it works

Flete

Flete is a web application for trucking companies and truck owners in Colombia. It keeps the whole back office of a freight business in one place: trips, driver expenses, advances, driver settlements, customer balances, profit per vehicle and DIAN electronic invoicing. Expenses checked twice. Drivers log expenses from their phones by typing the amount or taking a photo of the receipt, and AI fills in the data. The driver reviews what the AI read before saving, and the expense stays pending until the owner, administrator or accountant approves it. A trip cannot be marked as settled, and a month cannot be closed, while an expense is still pending. Trips and drivers. Create a trip from a photo or PDF of the cargo manifest, record advances and keep the advance balance up to date while the truck is on the road. The trip settlement sheet comes out as a PDF, and a settled trip is locked: reopening it requires a reason and alerts the owner. Trips can also be imported from an existing Excel file (.xlsx or .xls). Money. See what each customer owes, by company and by trip; record collections, non-trip income and overhead expenses; and see profit per company and per vehicle, month by month and for the year. Reports download to Excel. DIAN electronic invoicing. Issue electronic sales invoices from trips (or without a trip), support documents from expenses, and credit, debit and adjustment notes. Supplier e-invoices arrive automatically at the company's own email address with their XML and PDF, and each sales invoice shows its RADIAN events. Team, companies and partnerships. Five roles (owner, administrator, accountant, partner and driver) plus per-person permissions and a change history that shows who changed what. One account can run several companies or truck partnerships, each with its own books, and a partner sees only their own partnership, without being able to change it. Pricing: COP 24,900 per active vehicle per month. DIAN electronic invoicing is sold separately in document packages, and so are the RADIAN events of supplier e-invoices; receiving those e-invoices is included. The app is in Spanish.

Flipturn

Flipturn is a cloud-based EV charging management platform (CSMS) for organizations that need hardware-agnostic charger management, energy optimization, and payment processing in one system. It connects to any OCPP-compliant charger (1.6J and 2.0.1) and lets operators mix charger brands across sites without vendor lock-in. Energy management includes automated load balancing, demand charge mitigation, and time-of-use scheduling. Fleet operators use departure-time optimization to ensure vehicle readiness while minimizing electricity costs. For commercial properties and multifamily buildings, Flipturn handles driver payments, access control, idle fees, and multi-tenant billing with no driver app required. Charger monitoring is powered by AI-based fault detection that surfaces issues in real time with OCPP error context, severity classification, and direct links to full message logs. Operators can reset chargers, push firmware updates, and run diagnostics remotely. For fleet depots, Flipturn schedules charging around vehicle departure times and shift schedules. Vehicle priority rules automatically allocate constrained power capacity to the highest-priority vehicles. Alerts fire when a vehicle is projected to miss its state-of-charge target. Telematics integrations with Geotab and Samsara pull vehicle state and location data without manual transfer. Driver-facing payments require no app download or account creation. Drivers authenticate via phone and pay through Stripe-powered checkout. Operators configure pricing, idle fees, time-of-use rates, and access rules per charger group from the Flipturn dashboard. Free-vend, paid, and restricted access models can coexist on the same site. Integration capabilities include a REST API for session data, charger commands, user management, and energy records. OCPI 2.2.1 enables interoperability with EV roaming networks. OpenADR 2.0b and IEEE 2030.5 support utility demand response programs. Multi-site dashboards provide unified visibility with independent configuration per location. Backed by CRV and Accel, Flipturn serves Fortune 500 fleet operators, commercial property owners, and multifamily REITs across North America.

Freightline

freightline is a transportation management system (TMS) for owner-operators and trucking companies with 1–20 trucks, built by a carrier who runs his own trucks. Drop a broker's rate confirmation PDF and AI fills in the load: broker, rate, stops and reference numbers. Drivers upload BOL and POD photos from their phone (English, Ukrainian, Russian), and one click creates the invoice or sends the full factoring packet. Driver settlements are calculated from each driver's pay scheme (percent of gross, per mile with deadhead, salary, owner-operator splits, deductions) with PDF paystubs. Fuel and state miles feed a quarterly IFTA worksheet with current tax rates. Also: expenses and P&L, QuickBooks-ready exports, maintenance and compliance reminders, FMCSA broker lookup, and read-only ELD connections (Motive, Samsara and others). Every plan includes every feature; 30-day free trial, no credit card.

HaulFoundry

HaulFoundry is dispatch and fleet management software built around real-world trucking operations — not a generic dashboard with a truck slapped on it. Built by someone who runs trucks, for the people who run trucks, HaulFoundry gives trucking operations one command center for the daily decisions that matter: dispatch boards, coverage, driver availability, equipment, maintenance, and multi-terminal operations. DISPATCH & COVERAGE Assign drivers and tractors, spot uncovered work, handle overlaps, and recover quickly when the day changes. HaulFoundry is exception-first: operational problems surface as an actionable queue — uncovered runs, driver availability conflicts, equipment issues — before they become emergencies. See the problem before it becomes tonight's emergency. MULTI-TERMINAL OPERATIONS Run multiple terminals, loan drivers and equipment between them, and keep home assignments and permissions clear — all in one system. DRIVERS & AVAILABILITY Track recurring availability, date exceptions, partial-day windows, and immediately see the dispatch impact of every change. FLEET & MAINTENANCE PM intervals based on actual service mileage, work-order workflow from open through complete, annual inspection / cab card / insurance expirations, DVIR and tire issues linked to the repair workflow, and 30-day spend with company-wide maintenance visibility. Fleet maintenance without another spreadsheet. DISPATCH DATA EXPORTS Export dispatch data for any single day, week, or month as clean PDF or Excel — built for reconciling against carrier settlements. Your records vs. their numbers, one click. No more spreadsheet archaeology. BUILT FOR OPERATIONS THAT DON'T FIT NEATLY INTO A BOX P&D runs, linehaul runs, multi-stop routes, shared tractors, driver availability windows, loaned drivers and equipment, multiple terminals, dispatcher overrides, recurring runs, exception review, fleet maintenance, live team sync. WHO IT'S FOR HaulFoundry is built for trucking operations with real dispatch complexity — from linehaul contractors reconciling settlements to multi-terminal fleets managing drivers, tractors, and maintenance in one place. If your operation doesn't fit a generic software template, HaulFoundry was built around the problems dispatchers and fleet managers actually deal with. PRICING Simple company pricing with no per-driver or per-dispatch fees. Founding customers: $99/month for the first 10 companies, locked in for life while the account remains active. Standard: $149/month after founding spots are filled.
