freightline is a transportation management system (TMS) for owner-operators and trucking companies with 1–20 trucks, built by a carrier who runs his own trucks. Drop a broker's rate confirmation PDF and AI fills in the load: broker, rate, stops and reference numbers. Drivers upload BOL and POD photos from their phone (English, Ukrainian, Russian), and one click creates the invoice or sends the full factoring packet. Driver settlements are calculated from each driver's pay scheme (percent of gross, per mile with deadhead, salary, owner-operator splits, deductions) with PDF paystubs. Fuel and state miles feed a quarterly IFTA worksheet with current tax rates.
