Hello Lalit, Can you elaborate as to what you would like to see with graphical reporting? Currently, there are line graph reports that can display anything from queues, resolutions, types, tags, agents, and by any timeframe. We are looking forward to your suggestion! David

Hello Manjeet, Thank you for your suggestion, we have passed it along to the dev team. For the time being, since dashboard reports do not allow you to filter by status/priority if needed you can do a ticket export which will include that information. David
