Hello Lalit,
Can you elaborate as to what you would like to see with graphical reporting? Currently, there are line graph reports that can display anything from queues, resolutions, types, tags, agents, and by any timeframe. We are looking forward to your suggestion!

For Report of Monthly DataIf there was a way to see how many tickets were created/closed within a week, within a month, and then on top of that allowing for a more detailed view as in which tickets were emergent, urgent, normal, or low in priority

Hello Manjeet,
Thank you for your suggestion, we have passed it along to the dev team. For the time being, since dashboard reports do not allow you to filter by status/priority if needed you can do a ticket export which will include that information.

Could there be a voice call integration in the app in the future?At the moment we use Aircall to call our clients, it would be much easier to be able to call from HelpScout directly.

I'm Anthony, a member of Help Scout's support team. We have an existing integration (included in all of our plans) with Aircall that allows you to make calls directly from Help Scout.
An admin within your account can set up this integration by going to Manage - Apps - and searching for Aircall
