You'd do this by building a workflow automation with the "has attachment" identifier as the "condition" and then filter a report based on the populated identifier field (I would recommend a custom field but you could also use a tag). You can always log on to the Hubspot browser from your phone by using your internet app? You can use all the features from Hubspot from your phone even if not through the app. I use this often when I am out and about or on the go and need to answer live chats or emails.
