# work on Graphical Report

i suggest to team working on Graphical reporting fo Help Desk Tickets.

Hello Lalit, 

Can you elaborate as to what you would like to see with graphical reporting? Currently, there are line graph reports that can display anything from queues, resolutions, types, tags, agents, and by any timeframe. We are looking forward to your suggestion!

When we export helpdesk ticket data then its will export either CSV or PDF so if possible any graphical reports for HelpDesk Team.
