Question on: Remote Monitoring and Management
How does your pricing compare to the traditional RMM vendors?
Pricing Model
At Atera, you only get billed a fixed monthly fee for the number of technicians that actually use our software. So you don’t pay more when you grow or add more monitored devices and you can give really great service because you can put a monitoring agent on all devices in the network without extra cost.

Hello G2 folks, we're picking a remote support platform for a technology support team and want something built for high session volume day to day. What we're hoping to find:
- Fast, reliable connections for back-to-back sessions
- Unattended access and tools techs actually use
- Integrations with the ticketing stack we already run
From the remote support category:
- ScreenConnect: reviewers on IT and MSP teams rely on fast connect, backstage access, and 100-plus integrations.
- TeamViewer: broad platform coverage and unattended access that scaled support teams lean on.
- LogMeIn Rescue: built for helpdesk workflows, with session handoff and ServiceNow and Salesforce connectors.
- NinjaOne: remote support plus RMM in one console reviewers like for tech teams.
- Zoho Assist: reliable sessions and Zoho Desk integration for support-desk workflows.
For tech support teams, which platform held up under real session volume? And which integration mattered most to your workflow?
For a tech support team running high session volume, integration with whatever ticketing system you're already running is probably worth weighing as heavily as raw connection speed. For anyone who switched tools recently, was the ticketing integration the deciding factor in your final choice?
